[Resolved] Flipkart — Product not delivered on 16-Oct-2023

My Flipkart order was scheduled to deliver on 16-Oct-2023 and it reached nearest hub AdalajODH_ADL on 15-Oct-2023 but still not out for delivery and now delivery date changed to 18-Oct-2023 but still not delivered. Request you please look into this matter and resolve. As i need this order immediately. I feel helpless while ordering with Flipkart and Ekart.

There was issue from courier delivery office side. Courier office massed up all parcels. Delivery late by 3 days after multiple follow ups. If I would not have gone to courier partner office, order would have been delayed a week may be. I did not get help from Flipkart except their chat bot's frustrating replies.

Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
