[Resolved] Flipkart — product not delivered to my address | |||
I ordered the Moto c plus mobile at 3 Jan on new year offers but product not delivered to at my address. on the same address, i have successfully ordered some product also. but now Flipkart customer care person telling that they are unable to deliver the product to the same address and telling me to reorder the item. please help me. if i reorder cant get new year offer. Jan 07, 2018 Shabana Syed's response Everytime same story we have notified your concern team and same will be updated by so and so date. Till now they have given 5 dates now 6th. They don't have any complaint cell nor something. Just drinking blood of customers they don't even respond properly

Request you to message us the correct order id or registered email id used to place the order with us so that we can look into this.

On 08 jan 18, i ordered a mobile from flipkart, paymet done, flipkart send me transaction id also, and payment deducted from my card..but order not confirmed. i attached a msg by bank which deduction shows and flipkart msg, that shows transaction id.sandesh
