[Resolved]  Flipkart — Product not genuine

My phone is leeco le 1s eco (Gold, 32 gb) brought from flip cart.. Its the replaced product of my order, i got the phone for the first time.. I complained that the phone not functioning properly, and said i didnt got the version that dispalyed in the description of the product and others issues.. Also asked is this the geniune orginal product?.. So i replaced the phone with new one... Before replacing i again contacted the phone please send the geniune product and make sure and recheck the phone before shipping and make sure its the first product and give the os descripted in the phone discription... Again i called them make sure again and again to check its marshmellow version, but i got the phone again with features not described below, and i'll check the phone and say other problems if any occur, i texted them this message.. After 3 days i am not able to hear from my audio pin when earphones are on.. I thought its earphone problem, and ignored it, later the phone is hanging, if i click one app, another app is opening, phone is hanging, if i conact the flipkart people say they dont replace nomore again so i contacted warrenty members of leeco team they said its not our problem, you buyed from flipcart you ask them for replacement, ok i asked for warrenty they said they will but its takes minimun 20-25 days to solve the issue... I dint buy the phone to keep it in warranty service shops? What should i do now? If you flipcart send me the genuine product i may not face this problem! I said many times before shipping make sure i get the product genuine and descripted as in product discription... I'm not ready to give my phone to service center that much time... And also leecho team says we dont repair here in our area we need to send phone to banglore... I enquired customers of leecho in my locality.. They say its waste of time, they dont repair and they replace phone items with duplicates and they wont give the phone in time as they say... Its all your fault flipcart.. What should i do now?
