[Resolved] Flipkart — product not received but notification says it's delivered.

I had ordered a philips trimmer on 22nd sept 2017, od110291543080732000 but i have not received the product till 13 oct, but i have got the delivery confirmation msg on 30th sept 2017. I have been requesting them to either deliver the product or refund the amount but neither of that is done. They do not even have the courtesy to contact me to resolve the issue. Please help me resolve this issue and get refund of my hard earned money.
