My order tracking id is - FMPP[protected]
I ordered realme p4 8/128 on early access in 22/09, it's 04/10 but i didn't recieved my order yet and i think it will not get to me in future.
The full story behind this is, after ordering on 22/09 my order received on 24/09 to my nearest delivery hub of address that i provided, but i didn't recieved any call from Flipkart delivery partner (E-kart logistics). After checking next day they moved my parcel to another place showing that "order was misrouted" you will get it by 27/09. So i waited till that, the order was moven from delivery hub to motherhub don't know why after reaching my nearest delivery hub. The pice of that realme p4 was also increased on 25/09.
Tried to contact flipkart costomer support more than 50 time's but they didn't help me out. They just telling the same thing again & again 😡. After waiting till 27/09 they given me another delivery date of 01/10 so i waited again and today is 04/10. Even they are not contacting me yet. The parcel is just moving from one motherhub to another.
The point is if Flipkart don't want to give me order why don't they tell me clearly or cancel the order. My money and time both are already wasted. I am getting to frustrated because of that.
I am writing this because if someone want to purchase electronic item of more than 5k then it's better to go with another e commerce platform. Because i can clearly say flipkart don't care about their customers. Was this information helpful? |
