Dear Sir/Madam,
Greetings!
With reference Flipkart customer user id_[protected], I had booked 2 products one is "RED TAPE Full Sleeve Solid Men Jacket" & second is "HIGHLANDER Full Sleeve Solid Men Sweatshirt" both were not fitted on my body, both size were Medium (40), but both not fitted on my body so i checked online size were not available in Medium (38), so i had requested for return product & cancelled it, so main issue is that COMPANY did not taken back as per given date & request cancelled itself.
This is totally unfair with customer. This was very shocking for me that A very big FLIPKART COMPANY How could do such thing. Very disappointed

Date of cancellation of return request by FLIPKART: 28th Oct 2025 at 10: 41 PM (Without any reason)
I tried many time to connect with customer care number as given your website or mentioned on google[protected],[protected], +[protected] & click many time on Chat icon every thing was [censored] & spoil my time & patience.. It was very horrific for me. On the other hand Amazon i tried to call on customer care no. they had picked... (Huge difference between both of you)
Flipkart want to sell only their product but dont wan to listen customer who has purchased.
I hope My pain u can understand.
Please refund my Money or Provide Size (38)
