And you can also see above that out for delivery is not mentioned anywhere. Now flipkart is saying that they will not deliver the product and I need to cancel it first and place it again that is totally unfair. Also when I did not receive any call or message how would I know they try to deliver the product. I was not at all informed that they tried to deliver the product. I really want to escalate such non sense behavior. I have attached screenshot of both flipkart and gojavas tracking details, And in both images there is some mismatch also. Verified Support Oct 26, 2015 Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke to customer and informed her that we will not be able to re-ship the product and requested to place a fresh order.. Also informed her that refund is already completed from our end and requested her to check with the bank and get back to us with bank statement from the date of purchase till date for further assistance.
