I requested return of the product, in perfect condition, due to size use. I received call from EKart logistics for pickup at 04;50 pm on 27/05/2023, and the product was picked up after successful verification. The pickup status was not updated on the app even after 24 hours and on 28/05/2023, another pickup agent came to my home stating that the he was there for pickup of the same order, while i've already handed it the previous day. Hence he updated my return status as : "Incomplete" due to "Mismatch of product", which is false information and hence they have rejected my return. Hence according to the company they will not issue my refund as they have not received the product, but I've already returned it. This is due to miscommunication and false information from logistics team and is a total fraud. Thus I neither have my product nor the refund money.
