My name is Priyanka and I am a Flipkart customer, my account falls under mobile number [protected].Recently i ordered a dog feed from Flipkart, order ID -OD[protected], under brand name Active dog food quantity 6 kg .But when my parcel was delivered, i received a complete different product i.e.Purepet dog food quantity 1.1 kg.I tried to contact your customer care team several times but no response was given.So i tried again and again and finally received a call from your team member.I explained her my situation that i have received a wrong product and want my refund for the wrong product.But she said that your product falls under no return category and nothing can be done . I have gone through your no return policy and it is mentioned that in case of pet supplies a return can be raised in case of wrong, defective and damaged products so I want you to either deliver my original product or refund my money. The resolution given by your customer care team is not acceptable since I have paid whole amount for 6 kg not for 1.1 kg .There is no way that this resolution is acceptable.I want you to look into this matter and provide me with a solution that is fair . Please issue me my refund and arrange a return of the wrong product delivered to me .I am attaching the images of order details, wrong product delivered and your no return policy. Regards.
