[Resolved]  Flipkart — product purchased during flipkart sale, cancelled without any intimation

I had ordered lenovo tab m10 (Fhd) 32 gb 10.1 inch with wi-fi+4g tablet (Slate black) during flipkart sale on on feb 3rd 2020 on a good discounted price on advance making the payment. Product was suppose to be delivered on feb 5th 2020 but flipkart dispatched the product one day before the delivery date. As i was not aware and avilable on feb 4th 2020, so i requested delivery person to deliver the product on the given delivey date i. E. On feb 5th 2020.

On feb 5th 2020, i waited for an half day (Till 12 pm to 1 pm) but i did not received any update about my product, so called up flip[kart customer care and update them about the whole incident and requested them to delivered the product by today only.

Still till (3 pm to 4 pm) i did not get any response from the flipkart side, so i again called them to know the status of my product. They assure me, that product will be delivered by today only and disconnect the call.

Finally around 8 pm, when i did not get any update about my product again i called up flipkart customer care and had a word with mr. Manpreet (Senior person) at 19:53 complaint no. In[protected], he assured me to get the delivery of the product on feb 6th 2020. I waited for the whole day on feb 6th 2020, but i did not get any call or message from the flipkart regarding my product delivery.
On 7th i was travelling, so i did not get time to followup with flipkart team, on feb 8th 2020 i received message from flipkart that my order has been cancelled on my request. I was so shocked to see that message, without any further delay i called up flipkart customer care team and tell them about the message i received and ask them to give explanation for the same, as i have not cancelled the order and i am the one who is following up with these peoples.
Instead o[censored]nderstanding my problem, executive is pressuring me to re purchase the product. During sale i got that product on 35% approx discount and they want me to repurchase the product on higher rates and when i denied to do that and ask them for justification, they disconnect my call.

I need proper justification, on what basis they have cancelled my product, they wasted my 2 days making following up with there team and also taken advance payment for the product.

I have all the evidences with me regarding this whole incident and can be provide, when required.

We request you to place a fresh order. However, the seller has completed the refund on 08 Feb 20 and it will be reflected by 18 Feb 20. Also token of the apology of Rs.100 added by the seller to the gift card section of your Flipkart account. Hence, closing the complaint from our end. Your kind understanding is appreciated.
