[Resolved]  Flipkart — Product return pick up and refund

Dear sir

Subject: return rejected for order no 0d[protected] – samsung galaxy s9 plus

As mentioned in above subject, my return request for order no 0d[protected] – samsung galaxy s9 plus has been rejected without any reasons. This is very unprofessional from a reputed platform like flipkart which i never expected to occur at any time.

I have ordered my subject phone on 19th march 2020 from flipkart for rs. 23, 114 and i received the same on 23rd march 2020. After receipt i noticed that the phone is not in proper working conditions. The front camera of the phone is completely blurred which can be clearly recognized as a manufacturing default. I had filed for the return immediately on the same day of receipt ie;23rd march 2020. Return id reference[protected]. This return request has been rejected by flipkart on 30th march 2020 with no reasons mentioned. Then i have re-filed my return request on the same day 30th march 2020, return id reference[protected]. Thereafter i received an email from flipkart with a schedule for technical visit on 3rd april 2020. But unfortunately no visit happened by 3rd april hence i claimed help from flipkart helpdesk and thereafter i received an email from flipkart on 10th april 2020 clearing out that the locked down issue is the reason for delay and things will be sorted soon. After a while i got my technical visit done by 18th may 2020 from jeeves consumer service pvt ltd. And i got confirmation message from flipkart on 18th may itself by accepting the return request after technical survey done and cleared. Then my phone was scheduled for a return pick up by 6th june 2020 by flipkart. I received the email for the same on 21st may 2020.

Now on 1st june 2020, i noticed tracking on my flipkart account that my return request got cancelled and refund rejected for no reason. I tried calling with customer service and they are just giving stupid reasons that i cancelled by return request on 20th may. This is ultimate nonsense as i have already mail received from flipkart on 21st may for pick up schedule then how could they give such reasons that i cancelled my return request. I have not received any message or email from flipkart for cancelling the return request; i noticed it luckily while i was tracking my order.

Please make an urgent solution for this matter without delay. I need clarity on this matter as there is no fault i have done in this case. Please arrange for return pick up and my refund immediately.

I’m forced to make my emi payments for no reason. I need my refund immediately. Please do needful at earliest.
