Dated 13-08-18 Please note od[protected] [incident: in[protected] Event summary -ordered phone galaxy j7 pro -recd delivery, opened pakage, view gione pakage, delivery boy says complain to cust care. -request replace same phone, not available, hence request refund Complaint noted and assured to be resolved in 10 days. Sealed gione box not opened. -enquiry from different departments, no resolution - deli. Boy picks pakage, goes below, opens sealed box, finds samsung keypad phone. Returns to us stating cannot accept. - continuous followup, - no resolution till date - will be sending legal notice - will be filing police complaint Was this information helpful? | |||
