[Resolved]  Flipkart — Product was not delivered, but marked as delivered by the delivery person

I have ordered 15 Kurtis in one order for my mother. I received only 12 Kurtis and 3 were Missing. The delivery boy said the 3 products are inside other products package and he took the OTP and left. As it was middle of the day and I had office work I didn't open all the package. I opened in the evening and found that 3 Kurtis were Missing, i immediately called Flipkart customer service and informed them that the delivery guy didn't deliver all the item and marked it all delivered. the Flipkart customer care executive promised that it will be resolved and the delivery will be made and asked me to wait for 2-3days. Nothing happened. After 4-5days later I called again the Flipkart customer service and complained. Again they told me to wait for few more days. Same as before nothing happened, no one called or no one came to deliver it. Till now I have called more than 8-10times to the Flipkart customer service and still I didn't get the product or the refund or any resolution. Next time when I called the Flipkart customer service I asked them to transfer my call to higher management and the call would get disconnected suddenly. It went on for more than 6times. I wasted my time and my money. I felt so cheated. I lost 1874. If it was just 100 or so I would have left it... It's almost 2000 rupees.. I don't know what else to do..
