Out of 10 bags, I received only 2 bags, but Flipkart has marked all 10 bags as delivered.
I returned the 2 bags I received and got refund for those, and I also received refund for 2 more bags.
So refund received is only for 4 bags.
Refund for the remaining 6 bags is still pending.
I raised return/refund requests multiple times, but Flipkart kept rejecting them.
Flipkart’s response was:
“Sorry, the return request cannot be fulfilled by the seller as the courier service provider has confirmed the delivery of the order with the product being intact.”
This is incorrect because I only received 2 bags, not 10. The delivery partner or courier service has given wrong confirmation and Flipkart is not investigating it properly.
They now say they cannot raise any more requests and can't help.
I also emailed the Grievance Officer, but I received no response.
This has caused a financial loss to me because I paid for 10 bags but received only 2, and I still have not received refund for 6 bags.
