[Resolved] Flipkart — Provided old and used Laptop

I bought HP W6T28PA 15-be001TX Notebook from Flipcart, the seller was RetailNet. The product was delivered in time. The old and used Laptop was delivered to me considering the following:
1. Battery was inserted in the laptop, whereas new laptop has battery is in separate packing.
2. The warranty on the website is showing from 27.12.2016 whereas the same was invoiced on 25.03.2017 and warranty is upto 24.02.2017 less than one year,
3. display cover was not there, which is found in the new laptop.
4. Dedicated graphics memory 2GB not showing in the specifiations.
I have requested for replacement or return as the product has option to return/replaement warranty in 10 days. They are not replying properly and called only to convience me.
