Recently I purchased an iPhone 6 from flipkart on 8th of Feb 2017, it was supposed to be deliverd on 10th of February
2017, However due to some reason i could'nt able to recieve the product. So afer discussion with the delivery man,
we agreed that he is going to deliver the product on 11th Feb 2017, from that day onwards i am not getting any kind of response
from the team, i reached out to the customer care executive, but they are also giving me false hopes for two days now. They even provided me the
number of the delivery man but however he doesn't answer his phone and lastly he switched off his mobile.
I wonder how a reputed e- business firm like flipkart is doing business like this. It is really dispointing.

Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke with customer and apologies to him regarding the delivery issue and informed to him that we will look into it that such things will not get repeat again in future . Customer said that he tried to call the delivery boy so many times but he was disconnecting the call so apologies to him regarding the issue.
