    The product we order was delivered instead of cancelling it.
    Delivery person was not listening that we had already cancelled the product and there is no requirement of it.
    We had also received an email regarding the cancellation of order that if product will be delivered don't accept it saying that we had cancelled the order.
    But it didn't happen as the delivery person was not ready to take it back.
    As we had already purchased the same product from the market and we didn't require it.

      I had order lenovo K6 Power mobile by 7th Feb-2017 and during order
      confirmation I had received confirmation that my order will be delivered by
      12th to 14th of Feb-2017.
      But till date I have not my order and on otherside, I am receiving wrong
      information emails from company. They also sending e-mails & sms with wrong information that order will be delivered by today or tomorrow.

          We had ordered a tara t101 from flipkart on[protected] vide order no. Od[protected] and received the same vide invoice no. F02a8dl[protected]. The product was defective hence we asked for the return under the 10 day return policy with flipkart. When the individual compes to collect the phone from ekart logistics they say that the imei number of the product is not the same and refuses return. This is a clear case of cheating by flipkart and its representatives where they send defective products by exchanging with the genuine products and conning us consumers. When we called the customer care they just hung up on us.

So informed to customer that we would not be able to do anything in this so informed to customer to visit to another service center and check how much they are charging. Customer agreed so shared to customer about the service center details.

                Dear Sir

                I purchased on 4th July 2016 LeEco Le 2 with order OD[protected]. through using CITI Bank Card.. As it was showing 10% discount on my purchase i.e. Rs. 1200/- I am still waiting for my cash bank as still no amount is credited into my card a/c.

                As per Flipkart it should be tansfered on 05 Sep 2016. but noting is reflecting in my account but know citi bank is questioning about my eligibility and saying flipkart haven't provide any details regarding cash back transfer. If they will provide the details bank will transfer the same.
                I am properly fed-up with both of you and yours behavior. I am not able to understand where i went wrong.
                I looked the offer use appropriate card for doing transactions. But after a long chase i am getting no help either Flipkart

                    Fipkart has sent me the bad phone Lenovo Vibe k5 plus twice mentioning that it is volte support however it does not .. have already written many mails to them and tried to contact their customer toll free number . they neither repair the phone and nor ready to replace the phone . even asking for the tech visit then the technician does not call and cancel the request. these guys even do not approach you for refund and cancel the refund on their own without even bother to pick up your phone . this is happening over the last one month and i am fed up now.

                    they first said that they will send the tech for repair and without tech visit they cancelled the request. I called them 100 times and every time the call got disconnected in the IVR itself where the IVR suggested to contact tthru flipkart website. On flipkart website you never see the option for call bACK and you will never be able to connect thru their toll free number. after many attempts i got a call back where they assured a refund . However on the next day my refund got cancelled without any reason and i finally got to know that pick up slot was not available so they cancelled the requested in stead of rescheduling the pick up. No one does that.please resolve the concern asap

                    Spoke to customer on 97173*****. He was upset that the pick up was cancelled without his consent and requested for a pick up on saturday or sunday. Informed him that we cannot arrange for a particular date, however he can co-ordinate with the FE. Customer agreed. Informed him pick up and refund timelines. Packing instructions given.

                      I purchase Boat 220 bass heads from Flipkart on 27th august 2016. I bought the product by knowing it is having 1 year manufacturing warranty. For six months it worked without any problem. From 14th February 2017 right side speaker is not working propery. By 17th February right side speaker completely stopped working. I have today purchase RedMi Note 4 It is added in to my cart and when I try to continue for payment it stopped for some second and the product become out of stock. I don't know if there is any product added into your cart how it is out of stock. I agree if the item is not added into your cart. but after adding into the cart. go for out of stock is totally rubbish. A person need some time to add payment as well as I have not get time to add payment in a few second it is going to be out of stock. I am totally disappointed. card become out of stock is not good. I waste my full day time with adding this into cart and after a few second it become empty. Now I think never go with flipkart any more.

                        Spoke to customer he said he want phone hence asked to wait till next sale customer agreed.
                        Same thing happened with during flash sale of redmi note 4.

                        The phone was added to the cart and when i was just about to make the payments it went out of stock.

                        Flipkart this is not good please look into this. If the product is not added to the cart in the first place then its understandable but after being added into the cart it shouldn't go out of stock.
                        Today I added a redmi 4 a in the cart during the flash sale but when I do check out red mi application shows me the phone is out stock...redmi flash sale is just the way of looting the customers...this is 7 Th time when I try to buy this phone but not getting success

                            I have placed an order for a mobile phone on 15th Feb and was promised a delivery by 16th Feb. The delicery was not done as promised.

                            Moreover there is no communication on why the delivery didnot happen and when are they going to deliver the product,

                            Their Customer Service is worst. I am not sure if they record the calls and listen to them to understand their level of service. How many ever times you call its a fresh call as the previous agent does not have information about your previous conversation.

                            I am wondering if this is on they want to treat the online customers, they should not be in business. If i have used the same money walked into a store for purchase I would have got better service, and look and feel of the product I am purchasing.

                                I had placed an order for above product @ Rs.272/-
                                Once i got it and got it fixed on phone, since after that i am not able to take selfies as the lens is not visible due to improper Grooving for almost everything like Speaker, notification LED, and other indicating lights.
                                So I requested them either to send a proper Glass for Redmi Note 4 or Refund me my money immediately. My order number OD[protected] .
                                This product is specially designed for Redmi Note 4, but Just use less and even i am not able to use my Camera because of this tempered Glass.

                                  Dear Sir/Mam, My name is Sekhar, I have placed order for redmi 3S prime on 3rd february and i got delivered on the 4th feb. After a day i found some issues with using mobile, if i talk more then 5 minutes handset is getting hear, battery also tacking much time to full up around 4hrs and sometimes touch also not working properly. I give a request for replaced on 8th february, till this date they have not respond properly and i have send 2 mails to customer support also but no use. I called to customer care they said they will send the technician but he did not visit the place and updated to customer care. They are telling you are satisfied with the product so we are not going to replace it. Very worst service isgoing for mobile. I need replacement sir, i am unable to use this due to heat and battery problems. flipkart is cheating me.

                                        I am very much disappointed with the talking behaviour of courier boy of Blue Dart Katni (Bargawa) Branch
                                        who use abusive language with me.
                                        I want that the Blue Dart Company has to take quick and strict action against the person who misbehave me. Because this type of misbehave conducted by the employee of the Blue Dart never expectable.
