    Recently I purchased an iPhone 6 from flipkart on 8th of Feb 2017, it was supposed to be deliverd on 10th of February
    2017, However due to some reason i could'nt able to recieve the product. So afer discussion with the delivery man,
    we agreed that he is going to deliver the product on 11th Feb 2017, from that day onwards i am not getting any kind of response
    from the team, i reached out to the customer care executive, but they are also giving me false hopes for two days now. They even provided me the
    number of the delivery man but however he doesn't answer his phone and lastly he switched off his mobile.

    I wonder how a reputed e- business firm like flipkart is doing business like this. It is really dispointing.

    Spoke with customer and apologies to him regarding the delivery issue and informed to him that we will look into it that such things will not get repeat again in future . Customer said that he tried to call the delivery boy so many times but he was disconnecting the call so apologies to him regarding the issue.

      I wonder how a reputed e- business firm like flipkart is marketing such kind of product

        I ordered a lens hood via flipkart. As it didnt fit my lens, I asked for return of the product and refund my money. They gave me a fake reference number of some bank and asked me to follow up.

        I asked them several times and they still not refunded my money and whenever I ask they are providing me a fake bank reference number again and again.

        As they are the vendors, its their responsibility to make sure that the money is returned safe in the customers hands. Still the money is not refunded to my account.

When I called and enquired about the delay in delivery, the person told I don't know anything about the delivery or Flipkart.

            I ordered a product iphone on dated 6 feb, but flipkart techanical team cancel my ordered without intimate me, i he called (by suing rude used) that me i am shopkeeper.

            i holding flipkart account from last three years, and within this time i rodered so many products, teachanical team said they not delivered my ordered product

            the replied screen shot from flipkart attached with mail.

            i wan to know where the flipkart listed in its instruction that a single account ordered not more than one one mobile. if i paied to them who is flipkart whom canceled my order

            Issue is addressed by internal escalation team.
            Flipkart is fraud, thay done this to all who actully helped them in growing there business, who helped naibours friends and family members to shop over flipkart. Because of this. There is no future of flipkart. In next 4-5 years they will be finished. I am thankful that amazon is fulfilling all my need. Amazon is great.

              As I order a men belt on 25 Jan with oder I'd OD[protected] from flipkart which I get on 2nd Feb same day I fill the return request which will accepted by the company and give me the date of pick up but on pickup date they cancelled my request.. then I again fill the return request but again after 2 days It had been cancelled this will happen many times..
              I called the customer care may time to resolve this problem but they don't give me satisfactory answer and always give me next day date for pick up.. every tym when I fill the request in my flipkart account I will shows that my product is already been picked up but my product is still with me
              Plz resolve this problem..

                the item you delivered by courier bludart by 30 Jan 2017 but iam not able to use this for some days and
                Now the problem is it just not working with any sim like Jio Bsnl and airtel simply it saying invalid SIM
                Unfortunately it is 12 th day afterwards I taken this item iam totally depressed

                If you can pl replaced it

                As iam a long time outstanding regular customer request you to look in to matter

                Why such items being supplying by you witch are not sure about working

                      Well i bought a shower set worth 850 rs from flipkart which arrived on jan 13th, 2017.It was purchased expecting the plumber the same week.However the plumber came after 2 to 3 weeks.When he connected the shower set theres a leak.i called them up with the issue and asked if a replacement is possible as i have no other option for a replacement.However the site that flipkart is it disagreed.Flipkart doesnt even seem to understand on a case to case basis depending on the issue

                            Mobile Asus zenfone-2 is booked in the name of Manjula V with the mobile no. [protected], and it is delivered on Monday evening -6/02/2017 and same is not getting on when it is unboxed, raised complaints from the same day till date almost every date, but Flipkart customer care is giving fake promises, no one is coming to assist or to replace the phone. Even I asked them to replace the phone and also I asked them to refund for that also they are not responding.

He confirmed that the replacement has received by his daughter but he said to call back by 4 pm so that we can confirm if the replacement is working fine. ( Kannada call ) Hence, keeping the case for follow up. If anyone gets this case please assign it back to me.

                                I bought Xperia X mobile worth 29000/- from flipkart and they delivered empty box without phone. And after 5 days of regular mails and discussion they are saying they can't help me and making fake reasons to close my complain. I told them to track that phone using EMI but still no help. They are such a big cheaters. Help me in getting my money back.

                                  The worst delivery system I have seen is the Flipkart delivery system. I have ordered for a product with product id:OD[protected] from Flipkart. They said the expected delivery date is Feb 2nd but it is not delivered by Feb 2nd. There was no call from any of delivery persons though daily a message is sent from flipkart saying your product will be delivered by today without contact information of delivery person. And the worst is my product got returned back saying that three delivery attempts were made. This is complete BULL ####, there was no delivery attempt made. I was waiting everyday keeping my phone with charging and good coverage, there was no call and also no person came to my addess for sure. Then how can the flipkart say three delivery attempts were made and cancel my order.

                                    I am registering a complaint against Order No:OD[protected]. I have booked the Lenovop2 mobile through flipkart on 1st feb-17. The product had been delivered on 6th feb-17. I am having the issue with the Earphone supplied along with the phone. The earphone which was supplied with the phone is not working. I am unable to hear the voice/listening any thing via earphone. Please take it as on top priority and replace it at the earliest.
