[Resolved]  Flipkart — Providing fake warranty and unprofessional technicians for voltas ac

This is Harsha from Hyderabad, I have recently purchased Voltas AC 2 Ton from Flipkart on April 9th (Order ID: OD[protected], which happened to be a defective product and they have accepted a replacement for the same and replaced it with a new one by April 24th, it was installed by Flipkart technician on 27th of April and he messed up the installation by giving a wrong wiring, it worked for about 10 days and stopped working now, I called up the Flipkart to inform the same that my AC isn't working, since the AC has passed 10 days of replacement policy, they told me to contact Voltas AC Service Center to get my issue resolved, I have contacted the Voltas AC and explained them the problem, Voltas AC technicians are now refusing to service my issue and they came up with a reason stating that since the AC was installed by Flipkart technician, they are not gonna cover that under warranty and asked me to pay for the service, they are even using foul language stating "Why should we cleanup the Plates eaten by Others ?" (Contact No. of Service Center : [protected]), I have never expected such sort of service from a reputed brand like Voltas AC !!!, Wow... what a Hospitality !!, when I called up Flipkart, they are refusing to service as it is under warranty by Voltas and are refusing to act.

My question here is, what the hell is wrong with Flipkart & Voltas AC, when they are selling the AC's, they might already have had a mutual understanding on this, why the hell are they creating trouble for the customers !!
