[Resolved] Flipkart — purchase of redmi 5 note pro | |||
I booked redmi note 5 pro on[protected] and made a payment of rs.8497/- with exchange of my old redmi 4a mobile. The amount has been taken from my credit card but order has not confirmed and after 1-1-2 hours received mail regarding rejection of my order if the order is not confirmed why you had taken amount from my credit card. If its a technical issues then why delay in making refund as i got one more mail mentioning my refund will be credited within 6-8 business days. What is this sir first you take money from customer without giving any product and for refund you need 8 days is this what flipkart's business strategy to take money from customer and not delivering goods and keeping our money for 8 days. Pls check with amazon policy if the product order rejected same day they will credit the amounts collected. That is the reason they are no 1. Pls solve my issue at the earliest.
