[Resolved] Flipkart — Random Auto cancellation after collecting entire charges. | |||||
I ordered redmi 3s prime mobiles qty.3 amounting rs.22947 on 3-oct'16, the amount is deducted from my sbi account immediately, but the product is not received till date, after contacting the customer care, they said that your address is out of service area, but many products were received on the same address earlier, one more product "sofa set" amounting rs.21571 is pending with them. Again they are using the money from last 10 days but not assuring delivery nor cancelling the order. So kindly take action so that consumers money should not be used for a period of time without services. If they are not able to provide service to a particular delivery area then they should mention it before/at the time of purchase. So that they cannot utilize the consumers money without providing any services. Was this information helpful? | |||||
