I have purchased a Realme 7 pro vide order ID no. OD[protected] on sep18 2020 . It has delivered on 3rd October 2020. In Box or Flipkart order page or my mail the invoice has not provide by the Flipkart. I have complain many time. All the call recording are present in Flipkart and My phone also.
The phone has defectives on Jul 18 2021 and again i have request for invoice for repairing at Service Centre . Finally a mail has receive on 20sep2021 that " As discussed over the call, we would request you to kindly share the receipt of repair so that we can escalate to the concern team for further assistance. By Suman Douliyal, Flipkart Customer Support." As per promise, I have repaired the mobile with expenditure of Rs.4935.00 and submit the repairing bill. Many time different Flipkart Executive's are in phone calls and demanding repairing bill but No one support me.
While I have complain many times the Flipkart has Block My Flipkart Account in the Name of Dharmendra Panigrahi and Mobile No. [protected].
My request to the Hon'ble Consumer Forum that
1. "No invoice - No payment" i.e fully refund of my Product amount Rs.18749.00
2. Unblock my Flipkart account in the name of Dharmendra Panigrahi and Mobile No. [protected].
