I bought mobile from OLX (user https://www.olx.in/nf/chat/user/[protected]/[protected]) and item https://www.olx.in/item/realme-x7-max-12-gb-256gb-box-charger-iid-[protected] . He sold it to me, i went checked and collected the mobile. It was working fine.. The mobile was having the oldest UI version, like when it was probably launched. I thought I would update the version, so I upgraded the version through realme desktop utility and then the mobile got locked. It started showing that the mobile owner hasn't made payment of his dues to FLipkart Smart Upgrade . Then I immediately requested OLX and FLipkart for helping me unlock device. OLX could be reached but raised their hands, stating that OLX is a platform and the sellers can be fraudsters, but as per OLX policy they can't do anything.
Flipkart was totally unreachable as they support only if one contacts them through official Flipkart service and if they are the owner (buyer) of the product. Later, I contacted Flipkart on facebook and complained and then they reverted to me that they will address the concern. Flipkart incident number is IN[protected] .
So far I haven't received any help. They again replied to me stating that they would help, but I am not so sure.. Was this information helpful? |
