I got a refund from Myntra on 7th June order id:123705242989705982201 of rs 4632 which was supposed to be adjusted in the present month's bill but when I got the bill it was not adjusted in it. It's a bill of rs9410 which was supposed to b rs47k after adjusting the bill. I have contacted the team multiple times but it's not resolved yet . kindly do the need full

    Sir i recieved a scratched and used nokia cell phone although i have paid 1448₹ for a new cell phone on 29 th.then i requested a customer care for refund which is fixed on 1 july but the concerned person cam on 3 july and didn't pick up the cell phone saying that it is mismatched.plz sir review the matter.that will be your highness.

      Ordered a crocs clog size UK 7 and received size UK 8.

      after multiple time talking to customer care support team, multiple time made request to resolve the issue on time and then escalate the matter though support team got Incident no. but no call back mail communication or any solution as of now. Now as date of return policy date expired so support team not able to help said. asked for mail id or process to get the solution- which they not aware of. worst customer care expectance had with flipkart.

      Feedback Customer care Support:
      1. None of the executive have process knowledge.
      2. Supervisors do no take call if executive not able to solve the issue.
      3. misguiding the client.
      4. false promise and process information passed.
      5. disconnecting call in between the call.
      6. never getting call back after call get disconnect.
      7. Denying everything not authorized to transfer call to supervisor.
      8. almost spoke to 12- 13 representative from flipkart, everything once give different reason not to process the issue or solve.

        I ordered kotty black women pants on 10th june and received the same on 14th of june.. due to some size and quality issues i raised a return.. the return was accepted from fk's end.. the pickup was scheduled before 21st of june but it was not picked up during the mean time. After that they gave deadline of 28th june then 1st july and then 3rd of july.. today is 4th of july the pickup is not yet scheduled ..flipkart is denying for return ..

            Not only mysore sandal for sanitary pads like whisper stayfree whisper period panties they charging high ptice in flipkart

              I had recently made a transaction for a product I had bought from Flipkart using the Flipkart Pay Later mode of transaction.

              The first transaction I made was not successful but the money got deducted from HSBC bank account. I used Google Pay to pay it. The UPI reference ID is[protected].

              Since the transaction was unsuccessful and the deadline was near, I made another transaction from my HSBC bank account using PayTM. This transaction under the UPI reference ID[protected] was successful.

              Now the associates are saying that only one transaction was done and not two. I have my entire bank statement to prove that two transactions were done.

              I'll be highly obliged if you help.

                I ordered a ladies kurta from Flipkart (Seller: Kridha lmpex) worth Rs. 402 on 19th June (order number OD[protected], and placed a return according to seller policy on 24th June. On 25th June the Ekart delivery executive picked up the item from my door between 5:45pm to 6:00pm. He checked the item and took it with him. Around 8pm same day I get the message from Ekart that pick-up is rejected. They took the item with them, then cancelled the pickup. I have raised this issue with Flipkart customer support several times, but they close my request every time by giving the same reason, that pick-up could not be completed as smart checks failed. They have not called me back once to even try to resolve my query. If the checks failed then why did their executive take the item with him? Why wasn't the item returned to me? Why did they send the message saying pickup cancelled more than 2 hours after the guy actually picked up the item? They made a mistake somewhere and are evading my questions and any attempt to rectify this or even look deeper into the issue, and give me the same copied answer every time I raise a support request. Please help me get my money back. I am attaching the product invoice as well as the message received from Ekart before and after the pickup. They took the item with them, then cancelled the pickup and now won't provide the refund. Please help me get the refund. Thank you.

                  I received a flipkart item namely kotty pant on 14th of june and on the same day due to some problem in size i raised a return .. but since now i.e. 3rd of july 2023 the item is not picked up .. customer care have always a new deadline for resolution .. did numerous calls but no resolution was provided.

                          I ordered spf 40 la shield sunscreen on june 12, 2023. It was delivered on june 16, 2023. It is an expired product. On the package, it's marked as dec 2024 expiry but on the tube it's marked as may 2023. Seller is cheating the customers for such fake products.

                                I ordered moto edge 40 on 21st June. After purchase it showed that the estimated delivery date is 3rd July and the item will be shipped on 1st July, but till now no update from their side and item is not yet shipped.

                                    I am writing to formally register a complaint regarding a recent incident of fraudulent activity associated with my order. I am deeply concerned about this matter and would appreciate your immediate attention and assistance in resolving it.

                                    Recently ordered new mobile phone and during order I am eligible for exchange my old phone and value is 6100.

                                    New phone is delivered and Old phone pick up sheduled after 10 day of delivery.As per order old phone pick up by 3rd July and when I checked status then it's showing cancelled without informing me.

                                    I contact support centre and they said pickup cancelled by logistics and now no any option for the pickup of old phone.

                                    Now I am in situation that I can't return new phone and will not exchange old phone and I am in loss of 6100 rs.

                                    I need help in this situation.I want to highlight that as a loyal customer of Flipkart for several years, I have always valued the trust and reliability the platform has offered.

                                    I expect a prompt and comprehensive resolution to this complaint, including a thorough investigation, reimbursement for the fraudulent transactions, and reassurance that appropriate measures have been taken to prevent such incidents in the future.

                                    Failure to address this matter adequately will leave me with no choice but to escalate this complaint to relevant consumer protection authorities and seek legal remedies to protect my rights and interests.

                                    I appreciate your immediate attention to this matter and your cooperation in resolving this issue as swiftly as possible. I look forward to a positive and satisfactory resolution.

                                      I have bought Whirlpool 260l triple door refrigerator via flipkart through seller, bathla teletech pvt ltd, krishnagiri and it got delivered on 16th June 2023. The delivered product have dent on top of the refrigerator and requested for return in flipkart, but seller got rejected for refund and even flipkart support team saying they cannot do anything on that. Why need to loss money because of this unprofessional seller and flipkart customer service. Please do the needful on either refund or replace.

                                        I ordered Mi TV from Flipkart on 14 June, the I cancelled it on 15 June.
                                        I placed the order via my Debit Card EMI.

                                        Order was cancelled, but I did not get any refund nor the EMI is cancelled.

                                        It has been 15 days I am chasing Flipkart customer care, but no resolution has been provided.

                                        I also contacted the bank myself as Flipkart is not supporting to cancel the EMI.
                                        BANK is asking the proof of cancellation and UTR number that Flipkart is not providing to me.

                                        Please help, today is 2 July and EMI will get deducted on 5 July.

                                        Attaching screenshot of how irresponsible Flipkart is. They are just fooling me, closing issue and reopening new and thus delaying my resolution.
