[Resolved]  Flipkart — received a used washing machine with scratches

I purchased a washing machine on 15 may 2019 which got delivered on 18 may 2019 and at the time of receiving the washing machine i found that the washing machine has scratches with water droplets all over. So i raised a replacement request for which a technician visit took place. Technician confirmed the issue and forwarded the report to flipkart. But flipkart is saying that they haven't received any report and are not resolving the issue. Order id : od[protected]
