    I have got the device on 3rd may and on that day only i have request for replace because on the mobile i have found 3 to 4 dead pixels and it was verry verry irritating to my eyes and why i have to take the defective one on 4the may technician came and rold that it was just dust and didnt do anything and i told how it can be dust the mobile was mentioned that it was dust and splash resistance he told nothing. After all it was manufacturing defect and they should replace it but they refused to do. I want justice.

        All goods that i had purchase since last two years is my personal use only.

        I had purchased for my family and friends
        You can check by sending your executive person on respective delivery addressed

        5 to 8 times i had call to customer care spoken to them
        To resolved this issued still today no solution

        Kindly give the geniu reason to not access my account

        And one more thing i had purchased last product
        Mi tv which emi date is 15 may 2019

        But i note able to do the payment. Kindly resolved this issue also

        I had called today customer care senior executive spoken to them this issued they hang my called more than half and hour and disconnect.

        This is not way to treat flipkart plus member customer
        I wait till 10 th of may 2019 and

        I will make consumer court complaint against flipkart
        Of above issued

          My name is vishnu and my mobile number is [protected]. I have ordered two tablet from flipkart on 04th may 2019 using my credit card. They have accepted my order and item has been shipped on the same day. But on 05th may 2019 the order has been cancelled by the seller without my permission. The reason they are provided is "due to limited stock, the seller has cancelled this product".
          I have paid the money for the product and i got the message that the item has been shipped and after shipping they have cancelled the order due to limited stock. This is very bad experience i have faced and i have contacted the flipkart customer care. They have no responsibility about my money and item i have ordered. They told me that the amount will be credited with in 7 working days. So i need to wait for 7 days for my money. They have cut my call and they are taking any responsibility for my problem. The main thing is that the item is available in the flipkart (Honor mediapad t3) on the same day they have cancelled my order. I have the call records and the messages with me now. What i have to do?

              I have ordered voltas 1.5 ton inverter ac, but i have received wrong outdoor unit of 1 ton which bill on some other person in other state. I have order on 13 april but i receive on 4 may too late & i receive wrong product. I regular calling to flipkart but every time they give next dates, they are not serious about the customer problem, they are busy to make money.

                Ordered the item on 30th april.
                The promised date was for 3rd may 2019, i never got any intimation communication, after me contacting flipkart support on 4th may i was told i would get item delivered on same day, 5th may i contacted support and ended up talking to a stupid robot without any resolution but frustrations. Flipkart is fraudulent frequently these days.

                The robot support is ridiculous and it irritates, you would know when you see the same scripts copy pasted every single time - same sentences.

                Just say when is my order coming, how do i escalate, what's next?

                Pet dog robot of flipkart repeats what the flipkart has instructed. Trust me this is irritating.

                My ordered delayed to may 8th, which was supposed to reach me on 3rd may. They never told or updated with any notice that order is delayed.

                Now flipkart doesn't give proper response, i had to visit gulbarga for a wedding and ordered this item. But now flipkart has disappointed me by delaying the order.

                Flipkart is fraudulent - they don't listen to you.

                  Policy number:jppoffk283089 mobile protection plan. I have purchases asus phone last year in may last (May 2018) and there was a bit problem in speaker so i filled a complaint against it, but due to some reason i was away from the home for few days and didn't submit my phone and cancel the request.

                  Now in april 2019 my phone got accidental damage and as i have full mobile protection plan i asked them to file the complaint against it then they told me that your last complaint is not been closed yet and to file new complaint you have to close old complaint i asked them to close it but its been so long and many calls i think more than 20-25 calls with in last 20-25 days and still the old camplaint case has not been closed. I have write down emails to jeeves support, protection, customer care but no solution.

                    I had ordered a new hp laptop from flipkart. It was a 4 star rated flipkart assured product and also with one year warrantee from hp. On receiving the product i noticed it was defective and would not work properly. Upon searching the hp site i noticed it's expiry period had ended even before i got the laptop. Flipkart has cheated me by giving an old laptop and on contacting then about it they told only a replacement is available. After getting such a bad experience form flipkart i do not trust them and do not want a replacement. Many hours i spent explaining to costumer care and they are forcing me to accept the replacement. I have the details of the conversations and the invoice and also the details of the expired warrantee product. I am a doctor and this has wasted so much of my valuable time and also a lot of stress as all of my academic works are getting delayed. I want a refund from flipkart and also a compensation for all the difficulties i had to face.

                      I have placed an order for Redmi note 7 pro mobile through flipkart on 1st of may 2019 and it was mentioned that the product will be delivered by 3rd of May 2019. The product was not delivered till today (5th May 2019). I have reached out to the help centre through the app and I have received the response : "There was an unforeseen issue faced by the courier service provider due to which the order was delayed.". After a call with the Flipkart customer care, i have got response that a Rs.100 gif card will be sent to you as compensation for the delay. Even in the application it shows that the product os ready for delivery and no update on it since 2 days. I demand for a compensation for this delay.

                        Already i contact with flipkart care about can not access game zone. They said i used different account in same ip, so they blocked game zone. After 2 or 3 days it will be work again. But till dated it does not work.                           Hi there! I have ordered samsung galaxy a70 black colour from flipkart on 29th april 2019 through truecomretail seller. Expected delivery was by 04th may 2019 but i haven't got my phone delivered till now. The seller has till yet not even packed the product they (Seller) are still processing my order and the amount of the phone is deducted from my account. When i tried to call them to solve my grievances our team will call you within 3-4 days and after fews days later they will start the process for delivery. It clearly seems that they are unable to solve my concerns related to this issues and the only hope i saw further was to approach you so you can solve my concerns kindly. I m facing lots of inconvenience by taking their regular followup. Since i have pre-order the product i should have got the product atleast on the estimated day.

                          still no progress and no updates is seen from seller side. My order is still processing. I don't understand how long does it takes u to contact to your seller. I can only see mails regarding delay in delivery and dates are extending further and further. You shouldn't have listed the product i[censored] were running out of stock this clearly shows the unprofessionalism from Flipkart side. Flipkart had commited to deliver the product by 4th May but till now it is not even packed yet from seller side and on my regular followup they replay that they will resolve my grievance soon. My friends are also facing the same problem and if this is how u will cater your service then you can loose your valuable customers who have been joint with flipkart since its origin. The same phone is available on every nearby samsung store to me but it is out of stock on flipkart since 1st May. I Hope Flipkart will resolve my grievances related to this soon and deliver me the product within 2-3 days..

                            I've purchased the onida ac on 31st march and i received the delivery on 5th april, installation has been done on 6th april after that i found that the ac split function not working properly so i raised the concern to flipkart and onida. The service person came on 14th april for just checking, before that i already asked the flipkart that return policy will continue enable for me till the problem not solve. Service person told me that split fan motor is damaged, so i raised the return request after that and keep calling flipkart day after day to return the ac. They told me that onida will take the ac but the onida persons told me that flipkart will take the ac. Now the flipkart team keep extending the date from return to 29th april. They don\'t even know who will uninstall the ac and take that. They are not ready to refund my money also. On 25th april i saw that they have rejected my return request. Now finally they agreed to un-installtion and 3rd party vendor jeeves done the uninstalltion but not done the packaging. They are not ready to provide any details and not ready to pay my money back.

                                is flipkart retailer "retailnet" really sell genuine products or worst & fake product?

                                Hi,
                                I have purchased "Bata JACOB Slip-On Sneakers" shoes from Flipkart a few months back. Was delivered to me on Nov 4 2018. In hardly use these shoes in these months but still in this short spam, sole for both the shoes gets broken from the centre bottom.

                                I report this issue with Flipkart and as always they said this is out of seller warranty so they can't do anything.

I have already raise a complain, id 883889 dated on 25.04.2019..But as per resolution transaction (id [protected]) was settled with Flipkart but flipkart says that transaction is pending.. please solve the problem..And return the said amount.. thanks..Kaushik Bhowmick

                                  Dear sir, i have the mentioned account with ballygunge railway station branch (Ifsc : sbin0003951). I faced a problem on 4th apr (Ref: [protected]igafvngdt2/ amount: 1199/-) while doing the transaction online through net banking, the amount had been deducted from my account but the flipkart did not receive any amount they saying. I went to my sbi branch office and launch the complied. Those numbers is [protected]. But my compliant status showing the payment has been made successful. Flipkart clear says me that they have not received any payment. I do not understand what to do in this situation.                                     I had placed an order for 'poco f1 phone' priced at 19999 with exchange offer of samsung phone and everytime when delivery person come he makes useless excuses and said phone cant be exchanged and cancelled my order.

                                    When i complaint it with flipkart, they said kindly place another order and this time they will deliver my order with phone exchange but i told them many times on twitter but still this time also they dont did anything and finally my order was cancellled again.
                                    Flipkart is making fool to customers in exchange phone scheme.

                                    Kindly solve my case as fast as possible.

                                    till now nothing had happened, during my two attempt of exchanging the phone i had wasted lot of time .
                                    flipkart thinks they are king of online shopping and customer is just fool.
                                    everytime i had received a fake promise that my phone will be exchanged.

                                    i want my bloody phone to be exchange as soon as possible otherwise i had to file a legal case on flipkart policy.
                                    two times flipkart had cancelled the same order, ENOUGH IS ENOUGH

                                      I placed an orders for adidas sweat shirt (Order no. Od[protected] and mark and spencer pink sweatshirt (Order no. Od[protected] on 6 th february 2019. But it's been 3 months since i have not recieved the product nor the refund. I have contacted them many times but they say that my account has been blocked due to high number of returns. When i asked them to refund my money they spoke very rudely to me saying we can't do anything as your account is blocked. Plz guide me what should i do now.

                                      Flipkart Customer Care's response
                                      Customer raised a complaint stating that customer account has been blocked. We have interacted with the customer and informed that customer request for return can not be initiated due to high number of returns. Hence, closing the complaint from our side.
                                      I m not asking to return my product I m asking to refund my money coz u have not delivered the products
