not able to add e-gift voucher to my flipkart account

I have received a e-gift card from sbi but while adding the gift card i am getting an error "this card belongs to a wallet and direct transaction are not allowed on this card." i got 2 card 1 got redeemed successfully & another is showing me an error

No one is helping me i spoke to flipkart customer service they said me to call to sbi & when i called to sbi they said call to flipkart...

Whenever i try to reset password i am getting message as "unable to process request. Please retry". Also can not create a new account because the number is already in the database and couldn't able to set new password as well. Recently i added couple of items to the cart. But because of the reason i cannot able to purchase those. Please help to solve this issue asap.

    Dear team,
    I'm facing login issue which is prompting (Login unsuccessful) in both website and application, so i have rasied a incident ticket for this issue without resolution and my knowledge your support has closed the ticket i want to know the reason for closing my ticket. And, kindly read the below concern which i'm facing right now still i didn't get any proper response from your support team and not satisfied with your service
    I have been added my gift voucher in my flipkart wallet and placed a order using my wallet. I have ordered number of items, some of the orders has been automatically cancelled or returned (Which has been done by your system automation. I'm not a amateur, don't give me a silly reason and don't blame your system anyhow one of your tech. Team has configured this stuff so don't make me fool). But, you're customer support team said that i'm misusing or whichever i ordered is not for personal use. So, further i can't able to login my account they said. I'm having around 8000inr in my wallet whether you need to unlock my account or you need give me a solution to get my money back. I'll not leave like as such, as of now i'm not satisfied with your service it's highly unprofessional. And, your support team giving a childish reason ifor my locked account. Now, i have reopened my ticket for my wallet query i need a solution for this issue.

    Note: i need a rca which is root cause of misusing the account

    As your customer care executive mentioned in the response i am reselling the products or misusing the product which is not for personal use. As of now they told me to wait for 48hours for update not for resolution. This is the way of treating a consumer without any prior notice my account has been blacklisted and your customer executives giving a silly reason which i haven't done through. I have dropped a mail more than 10times and am calling our customer support more than 4 days still now i didn't get any proper information regarding my issue. Even though your executives providing a fake information. On 2nd day of my call one your support team said that can't able view the wallet balance 3rd day of my call another executive provided the wallet information. I have put a mail for my issue but they're giving a reason instead of resolution certain point of time got temper and i dropped a mail rudely. Am apologize for my rude mail. As your system update if am reselling or misusing the product which i have ordered previously
    Send me a evidence for that if you have then forward it to me or else unblock my account immediately. I'm having inr.11, 291 in my wallet, i don't want you to send notes which you default.
    If you are unable to give a resolution, refer the person whom i want to talk for this issue or just escalate this to next level.

      I have ordered samsung note 8 with exchange and 10% off hdfc offer. But the delivery guy refused to accept the mobile saying it has scratches in the side body. The mobile was in very good working condition. No one would exchange a new phone without any scratches, if flipkart is not accepting a phone which has mild scratches, how come they are selling refurbished mobile phones with scratches and making money or business out of it.

      Because of this i also lost the opportunity of buying a new phone at a better price and the offer of buying at 10% hdfc discount was blocked.

      How can they can't accept a phone exchange with some scratches but can sell a refurbished phone with scratches and dents and make money.

We have interacted with the customer and informed that as the exchange product had scratches. Hence, as per the seller policy, the exchange product should not be damaged. Also, the seller has confirmed that the refund has been completed on May 20, 2019. Closing the complaint from our end.

      The exchange policy says product should not be damaged, not a product with scratches. No customer would exchange a brand new phone without scratches for a dead exchange price.

        I have bought flipkart's billion 1.5 ton ac 18th may 2018. I have complaint continuously about it's less cooling performance after 1 month of purchase and asked for replacement. But they are only sending the service engineers for service and extending its warranty period. Till now i have not received a replacement for it. Fed-up and i am facing unnecessary losses.

          My concern is that i have placed an order on 13th may which has committed by flipkart to deliver as per given date but it has not delivered by them till date and now they said that my parcel has misrouted by there logistic partner and they can not deliver it to me and then they automatically cancelled that order by there own without any intimation and permission and afterwards they sent an sms that “this particular order has cancelled by you so it could not be delivered “ and further when i raised complaints repeatedly about it then the told me to place a fresh order for the same item, but the concern is that my money has already deducted from why credit card & there refund process is too long so that my money has blocked at there end due to there long refund procedure, now it’s really frustrating and disappointing that fault is at flipkart end and problem faced by us which is not acceptable at all. I feel like i stuck deeply in this situation without any our faults. Its such a bad experience with this company as there is no proper response from flipkart to rectify the issue. Now i request you to please take very strict action on it and please help is out to get immidiate claim.

            On 15 may i got mail from flipkart and they saying that
            "our systems have observed a trend in your purchase history that suggests that the items you've purchased are usually not intended for personal use."
            I ordered for my relatives they don't know how to order an item on online, since they are not educated. Most of time flipkart cancelled my order even after of shipping.
            If i want to resell these item i will create lots of account.
            Whenever i call flipkart customer care and i tell them my situation they told me that they will concern to there senior team and after that nothing happened.

              On 10th may, 2019, flipkart courier agent delivered me skyn brand condom (3 boxes containing 6 each).
              After opening the packet, it was different but thinking that the manufacturers have practice to change the packaging, i used one condom out of the 6.
              After using the condom, i realized that the condom used by me (Supplied by flipkart) was fake or duplicate.
              I talked the flipkart executives over mobile, but they clearly...

              My order id-od[protected], is not yet delivered to me, i ordered this itemon 5th may, was waiting for the parcel but i haven't recieved the order yet but it's showing in tracking status that the item is been delivered.

                I have ordered asus vivobook. On 15th midnight. I got shipped then next day 16th morning while tracking it i found it got cancelled by seller without my concern. Stating lack of stock. So very same time i order again and the same case happened on 17th morning while checking i found it also got cancelled after shipping to hyderabad. Again stating same reason.
                After raising complaint against the seller and flipkart online and consumer forum still no call regarding this case i have received no action was taken. Seller is retail net secunderabad.

                Cancellation after shipping is what is not expected and is wrong here. And about that I want an explanation or better the product. Or some compensation. How and why can't you deliver me when I ordered twice.

                  I bought yanqina liquid waterproof eyeliner (Pack of 3) on 15 may 2019 which has been delivered to me on 17 may 2019. As mentioned it was the pack of 3 but it has only 2 eyeliners.

                  Even the bill attached on the packet has mentioned it as pack of 3 but it involves only 2 eyeliners.

                  Kindly resolve this problem as soon as it is possible. Delivery of product was good it was before the time but not satisfied with the company services.

                      Hi sir, ma'am,

                      I have ordered a realme 3 smartphone from flipkart.com worth rs. 8999 on 15th of may 2019.. I prepaid for the order through phonepe.
                      But because of some emergency money requirement i cancelled it the same day.. After the cancellation i got a message from flipkart.com saying that "your refund has been initiated and it will be credited to your account by 16th may".. Within 10 minutes it showed that refund is completed (I. E. On 15th may).. But it was neither added in my phonepe balance nor it was sent to my bank account.. I preferred to wait till 16th may because i thought i might get my refund.. But i didnt.. So i called the flipkart customer care on 16th may.. They said that refund is completed from their side and kindly go and talk to your respective bank.. I talked to punjab national bank customer care.. They said no refund has been received from flipkart yet.. I registered a complain on flipkart that i haven't received any refund yet.. The flipkart customer care forwarded my message to their technical team.. But the technical team rejected my complain and sent me an email that my refund is already completed on 15th may 2019. For 15-20 times i talked to flipkart customer care.. Registered the complain for 3-4 times. But technical team didn't call me.. Instead rejected my complain all the time by sending an email that refund is completed on 15th may..

                      I also called to punjab national bank customer care and told reference no. Which i got from flipkart.com but punjab national bank guys were unable to see any details regarding transaction of refund from flipkart.

                      I forwarded the statement of my bank account to flipkart.. Still no one responded..

                      I again called flipkart customer care and this time they were not even bother to resolve my issue. Instead of that every time they are saying that refund has been done from flipkart.com. Your bank is lying your money, kindly contact to your bank. When i say raise a ticket regaring my issue to your higher management, they do that but next moment i get the same mail in which they mention the same thing "your refund has been completed and it was credited to my bank account on 15th may". Flipkart is not even interested to refund my money. I am pretty sure the problem is from flipkart.com end.

                      Sir, i am going to attach the relevant document. Kindly have a look and try to resolve my issue. I will be very thankful to you. Below are few more detials:

                      I have already contacted phonepe customer care and enquired about the refund.. But they didn't find any refund from flipkart..
                      Many times I have ordered from Amazon and such issues never happened.. First time i did shopping in flipkart and you are ignoring my complaint.. 2 days back only Amazon refunded me rs.545 which I received successfully through phonepe.. But why haven't I received any refund from your side? And without refund how can you close my complain? My money is in the space then??

                      And if I have paid to flipkart.. Then flipkart should take care that the refund had reached the customer.. Flipkart should themselves contact phonepe if their refund has failed.

                          I would like to complain you about the flipkart, that we buy ac on 4-05-19 & it was delivered on 8th may 2019, when they come to install on 9th my, they demanded an amount of rs.3500/- but actual was 1599 for standard installation.

                          Now from last 9 days, we are in contact with flipkart customer support and they are doing nothing only scheduling the installation and canceling it. And this shows that they are forcing us to pay the amount they want.

                          I want to clarify one thing that our flat is located in 1st floor of our apartment & we have two more ac's at my home & it was installed very smoothly without any extra charges.

                            I couldn't get my phone (Vivo y93) as delivery executive refused to do the exchange of my phone (Asus zenfone 3 max). I will narrate you everything, how it happened.

                            Your delivery executive checked my phone physically and he proceeded it, then he checked imei no. & brand and proceeded it, then he checked it physically and proceeded it and he ask me to sign out and reset my phone and checked it. Everything was good and done. Later after few minutes said my phone corners (Edges) have some scratches due to which order can not be proceed.

                            My point is when, it has scratches which was not acceptable (As per delivery executive) then why did he ask me sign out and reset my phone. On one go it was done and later he refused it and he was saying that i can not take it or else they will cut his salary.

                            Other thing is inspection was done by a guy who was not able to read and i feel he was not knowledgeable and educated enough to take such decisions on ground.

                            During all this process i had wasted half hours which was out my working hours, i'm a vp sales and i can not afford such waste of time.

                            I spoke to your customer care executive, he said they have given all the responsibilities to the e-kart team (Delivery executive) in taking the exchange related decision. And he said my order will be cancelled and i will have to raise a new order. I was trying to understand from him why this was happening and he couldn't answer my queries and cut the phone without intimating me.

                            There has to be a procedure and which needs to be followed so that you ensure customers time and effort are not wasted.in today's case, i have wasted my time, efforts, money and most importantly i have lost trust on brand like flipkart.
                            End of the day, i was asked to do new order. Now the situation is, that i will have to do all the setup on my old phone and waste my time again.

                            I would request you to please look into this and get it resolved. If i can not avail this offer and get my phone kindly refund my money and i will stop buying goods from flipkart

However, we see that the customer has already cancelled the order and the seller has confirmed that the refund has been completed on May 17, 2019. Hence, requesting customer to place a fresh order and closing the complaint from our end.

                              Hi,
                              I bought an mi note 7 phone from flipkart. I found a peculiar problem in the device and i raised a return request within 10 days (As per policy) but it was rejected since flipkart was not able to contact me (Because of problem in my device). Now they are not accepting any return/replacement request and asking me to visit service center, they call it resolution. Also, this so called resolution is provided after 15-20 repeated calls from my side, 2 technician visits, 4-5 times of calls which were placed on hold only. It's been only 20 days since i purchased the device. I'm really frustrated with it now.

                              Kindly get my return request processed. It's annoying to buy a device and not able to contact people or people not able to contact you.

                                I have ordered one apple airpod on 14th may, and waiting for mu order, i tracked it till 115th and on 16 th morning i got sms of my order cancellation without my consent, as i cheked frm the team they said it was out of stock. However it still in the stock right now, n when its out of stock why my payment was deducted frm the card. This means there is a scam going on for canceled the customer order n get the payment so the business n return the money in 4-5 days. Good job done by flipkart. Will drag you to the court.

                                  Od[protected] reminds note 7, sir i am facing quick drainage and over heating of battery. You made technician visit to me twice and this causes cross my replacement date and waste of my time too. I am facing same problem till now. It is request that please replace my phone. I am your valued customer. I wasted so much time to talk with flipkart customer care but result is null.

                                    I have purchased a leveno laptop from the flipkart in october 2018 under sale and its performace is pathetic it takes half an hour to boot and flipkart shown that as a verified product i am a regular visitor on flipkart and purchased even white goods from flipkart but this tie i feel cheated as the verified product on flipkart is not performing and same i feel for the company like lenovo.
