[Resolved] Flipkart — received different brand watch other than the one i had ordered | |||||
Hello, i had ordered fasttrack watch amounting 2445 /- from flipkart.com. When i received my order then after opening the package, i found some other brand different watch inside the pack. When i was about to create a return request for this product then my return request got rejected. I emailed flipkart's customer care about the same then i got a answer from them that due yo high number of returns in my account, they are closing my account and i il not be able to login into my flipkart account and even not able to retutn the wrong product. This is a sheer disgusting thing i m facing right now. What can i do if i m receiving a wrong watch??? At any cost i want to return this watch and get my money back. Please guide me in this and let me know the procedure to take legal action against flipkart asap. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I have purchased phone from Flipkart on 24th of Aug I have not received charger and phone was over heating used for 1 hour only then I requested for retune as per policey...now they are deniy for refund...
