Flipkart — Received Fake Apple Airpods Pro from Flipkart

I orders Apple Airpods pro from Flipkart order id OD[protected] on 20th Jan'21. After receiving the product on 21st Jan, I instantly came to know that the product is fake. I also went to 2 apple stores just to confirm my claim(the executive at the store also confirmed the same). The following was the observation about the product: 1. Plastic material inside the box 2. Poor finishing of the box 3. No Embossing of the airpods logo 4. One document twice in the box 5. Colour mismatch of the plastic 6. Noise cancellation does not work 7. review form other customer that he had received a fake product from the same seller. On 27th Jan'21, 5 pm, I received an email from Flipkart that the seller has rejected the return and close the issue. +5 photos Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (7)
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Jan 27, 2021 Updated by siddharthspatil Flipkart sent an email stating that the seller has rejected the return and close the issue. Attached the email from flipkart .

I have the same issue, I have requested a return and refund, kindly let me know what you did next, and if this is resolved. I may need this if they try to be smart. Flipkart also seems to be involved in this scam, I see complaints ranging for more then a year, means they have let this continue knowingly.

I got the refund processed. I went to the Apple service centre complaint that the noise cancellation is not working. They informed me that the Airpods are fake and also game me a letter stating the same.
I raised a new refund req and shared this letter to FK and within 3 days my refund was processed.
Went ahead to buy Airpods from Amazon. :)

I ordered airpods pro from flipkart on 23 march 2021.after receiving (on 26 march 2021) the product i checked serial no in apple website.it was showing that warrenty and service is expired and replaced.just they printed original expired serial no on box and totally inside the box are fake one, in settings model no and serial no is not showing, and noice cancellation is not working, sound quality is very poor, box came with without wrapping, totally fake
