My name is Akash Kumar Gupta. I have done a bill payment of rs 699 and 880 on 28/11/2020 through flipkart.in app which was cancelled but flipkart was deducted from my pnb atm/debit card. Instantly flipkart.in initiated my refund amount rs 699 and 880 from their side which is to be credited in my account on 28/11/2020. I did not recieve refund. I called flipkart customer care and they told me that i had to send charge dispute form to pnb but this facility is not available on pnb site. So i request pnb officials to credit my refund amount

How many times i contact to bank atleast 5 times am visit the bank and distance me to bank was approx 12km now am out of city for my job. Last night i call pnb customer service they told me contact to merchant.also they send me mail that i show you. Bank not cooperating with me so what can i do.

Hello brother provide them bank statement in which you have transacted to till date and send them through app or website's contact us option . I have suffered from this more than 15 days but I get my refund yesterday of 11, 999/- Rs.

      On 15th Dec 2020, I played quiz time at 10 PM . I answered all questions correctly and my scored was 1086. The people who had 1085 score won gifts . Now I am not able to access my Game zone in Flipkart . I can't claim any rewards. Please help me out.

          I have purchased a mobile on 30th of November 2020 ( 30/11/2020) which is Realme 7 Pro at Flipkart, I have paid 21999/- INR for this mobile in which 10, 000 /- INR paid by my Flipkart wallet and remaining 11, 999/- INR paid by my axis bank account . Due to some personal reasons, I have cancelled the orders item's before delivery date ( on 1/12/20), so that 10, 000/- INR credited to my Flipkart wallet on same day i.e. 1/12/2020 but for remaining amount 11, 999/- which is deducted through my Axis bank account the date was given 11/12/2020. On 11/12/2020 they have updated that they have paid 11, 999/- INR to my bank account and that some of rupees credited to my axis bank account on 11/12/20 at 1.30 - 2.00 PM . When I saw this message I checked my bank account but not a single rupees is credited to my account by Flipkart seller . Then I have contacted to their customer support they told me to send PDF copy of my bank account, So I have send them bank statements in PDF form In which transaction date with time and till 11/12/2020 my all statements clearly mentioned, today on 14/12/20 I received a mail from Flipkart that my problem is resolved but still my I haven't received my refundable amount 11, 999/- INR . After sending more than 10 mails to their respective customer care id and in website chat and contact us option, they are saying we still haven't received PDF copy of my bank statements, how it is possible that attached PDF file showing to other receiver but not to Flipkart service and technical team? Customer care executives are unable to tell any contact email - id, what is going on don't know but I am facing refund related isssues from last 8-10 days and they have not given solution till date. ( I have attached the screenshots of mail which I have sent, you can see clearly attached files are visible)

          After so many mail written to customer care of Flipkart, I received a mail that their email id is not working and also customer care executives are unable to provide any email id of Flipkart . It is amazing such a big group has no email id to contact. ( attached screenshot of mail )

          You have not refund 11, 999/- INR to my axis bank account, I have already provided you my bank statements more than 10 times. If you paid kindly provide me the transaction number . I have already contacted bank and they are saying no payment comes from your side.

          On 11/12/2020, I have got only one payment of 5000/- INR from my zerodha trading account so don't give wrong information here. I have provided the proof of my bank statement which clearly shows that no payment refund by you and here you are providing wrong information, it is very shameful. Why not you provide me the transaction number of payment which you are saying you have refunded?

          What a fraudsters these flipkart people are...damn!!!

                  I shipped 3 Gold Coins to the customer and customer returned fake coins. Claim got approved but the amount settled is only for 1 product and for rest two they claim its closed and settled.

                    Very much hurt full to draft this mail, order diesel watch and got this 10/- watch, this is big fraud with some unknow source, however we believe in ekart and flip kart, and i have also paid 1699/- for this 10 rupeees watch which is very much annoying, i have attached your bill and watch pics please look in this and refund my money as soon as possilbe else your reputed company name will be vanish, this a big scam for common people like us please forward this and stop taking order from them,

                            Dear Sirs,

                            On 21st. Oct, I ordered 4 table tennis red rubber order no.OD[protected].
                            When I received the packet, it contained only one red rubber. 3 nos. were missing.
                            Every time i complained, I got a replacement. They took back the packet and gave me a packet, still containing only one red rubber. So of the 4 quantity ordered, I only got one.
                            Finally, after many calls, I got an email saying a refund for one rubber is processed. I should either get 3 missing rubbers or a refund for 3 missing. Not a refund for one rubber

                            Even their supervisor have not responded, even after i was told that a greviance manager will call me back

                                I didn't received the product ordered but status is showing delivered so didn't received the money either. So I raised the issue multiple times with Flipkart but they are unable to help with it. its been 2 months.

                                  I ordered Samsung refrigerator 3 start 324 litres and paid full amount on 29th November 2020. Flipkart sent me incorrect item 314 litres 2 star ratings Samsung refrigerator. So requested pickup of incorrect item and refund of it. It has been more than 10 days they haven’t resolved my issue. And today they changed status to refund cancelled!!!

                                  They theft my hard earned money. They are cheater. Dont buy anything from Flipkart

                                    I have created flipkart account two-three years back with a mobile number few months ago I lost my mobile phone and the number.

                                    The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otp are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as I lost the number and I dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
                                    Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.

                                      I have purchased some products through Flipkart pay later method, from my Flipkart account [protected].
                                      On 30 th November 2020 I have paid the amount of Flipkart pay later bill amounting 3180 rupees through my Google pay account .The amount deducted from my account But they showed bill not paid to them so I have to paid the bill again from my mobiquick account.

                                      I have paid twice for a single amount, they still not refunded the amount to my account. I have raised several quarry but they have asked me to contact bank. When I have contacted bank helpline they told me to contact upi service provider.

                                      Please do the needful.
