TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
I placed an order of two Pilgrim hair growth serums from Flipkart. The product I received is completely different from the product I use. On complaining to the Flipkart customer care they refused to accept that it is fake and they refused to place a complaint and they also refused to return the product. On requesting them, they said they can’t help as per their senior’s order.
The product that I received has a completely different packaging.
The label of the product has a different design than the original one.
Bar code can’t be scanned and the number is half visible and half removed.
It’s a hair growth serum but in the description, it’s written “ discover bright and radiant skin”.
The quantity is supposed to be 50ml but it’s more than 60ml.
The picture on the label is completely different from the original one as I checked in the official site of Pilgrim and as well as Flipkart.
KINDLY HELP ME OUT WITH A SOLUTION AS FLIPKART IS NOT and take action as soon as possible.
