On 18th of June, I received my new phone, Realme 10 from flipkart for which I had to exchange my old phone Poco F1. My poco F1 was was picked up from my place on 28th of June, approximately at 10:00 am in the morning. I was promised a refund of 1950 Rs, but to date, I haven't received the amount at all. I am constantly in touch with the flipkart executives and everytime they keep mentioning that you will receive a solution from us in next 24-28 hours, yet today it is the 9th-10th day and I haven't received my refund as well as a satisfactory response from them.
Now, apart from the refund, I also need a compensation from flipkart for I am a student of 21 years old, and coming from a middle class family every single penny, from rs 1 to infinity matters alot to me.
I have everyday, been polite with the service, have been patient, but they have not responded. I even asked for their address to which I can send a complaint letter myself, but to that also they haven't responded. I have been mentally devasted and troubled because of the same,
Apart from the 1950 rupees, now, I need a compensation for the 10 days that I have been affected.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
