Flipkart — Received old product from Flipkart

I had ordered a water purifier, but I received an old and used product. I shared the photos with Flipkart, and they initially offered a ₹1, 023 refund for the scratches, which I did not accept. After that, they agreed to provide a replacement.

However, my main concern is that the actual product should be fulfilled by Omnitech Retail, but the one I received was delivered by Consulting Rooms Pvt. Ltd., which raises doubts about the product’s authenticity and seller reliability.
