Flipkart — Received one piece against ordered two

Complain related to AWB FMPC [protected]

I ordered for TWO (2) pieces of " AT top dohar Pink-S01 l TUNDWAL'S Printed Single Dohar for Heavy" vide AWB FMPC [protected].
The order was delivered in Kolkata on March 06, 2026.
When I opened it recently, the packet had only ONE (1) piece of Dohar whereas on the level, it was mentioned 2 QTY. Other piece was missing.
The packet had another order of "AT top dohar blu-bel D01 l TUNDWAL'S Printed Double Dohar. It came perfect as per my order.
I was away so could not open it immediately.
Although I was late in reporting it, I wanted Flipkart to know what has happened, but your customer care was not ready to listen. I had to order a fresh one.
I am not sure how you will help me, but PLEASE TAKE UP THE CASE and make sure that it does not happen to others. I am an old customer but with these services, I am losing confidence in Flipkart.
