Flipkart — Redmi 1S got disappeared from cart

I booked a Redmi 1S today and it was successfully added to my cart. But, during the payment process some server error occurred and the payment was not completed. Now, i can see the followign message on Redmi page- "You’ve already purchased one Redmi 1S Successfully added your Redmi 1S to cart! Please proceed to complete your order. You can complete the payment process by 6:00 PM on 23rd September, 2014 (Today)." But, when I go to cart, it is displayed empty. I have talked to three customer care representatives of flipkart. But, they do not want to help and just asking me to wait and wait. But, nothing is happening. Very bad service flipkart... My login id is- koolankit.[protected]@gmail.com phone no- [protected]

bro some thing similar happened with me... early on but my order was placed later and i asked for cod and filled all the required details everything was done yesterday by 3:30pm but today afternoon 3:07pm they cancelled my order themselves .. and their first representative said that there is some issue with my email id and phone number... 2nd representative said that they made a verification call to me regarding order confirmation but i didnt responded to it even though i didnt received any call from them ...
my friend who bought redmi 1s in last sale on 16th sept didnt got any such order confirmation call...
flipcart is cheating customer and selling to to dealers to sell at profitable price due to its high demand among indian people...
