Flipkart — Redmi 3s prime order id: od[protected] | |||||
I have ordered a redmi 3s prime on 3rd october. product received on 14th oct evening. the product is faulty. i called customer care on 18 th oct and then at least 20 times till now the date. at 10th nov they accepted replacement and send a msg about this that your product is ready to ship with seller with tags and invoice. once the product picked up. seller ship the replacement. but their courier partner so named blue dart not coming to pickup the shipment till now. i received a msg from flipkart regarding pickup and refund update. i immediate call customer care regarding this they told me that you have called 11:58 and cancelled this. but in real i m not calling them regarding cancellation . they denied to replace my product. they said only refund is available for me. why i am accept this till the date when my reverse pickup is not done. its not mine fault. they harashes me since 1 month. i am not cancel this order. i call courier service many times to pickup the faulty product in between 10-17 th nov. they also told that today tomorrow to pickup the product. its flipkart courier partner blue dart fault, flipkart fault. i am requesting you to kindly followup this matter and replace my product as soon as possible Was this information helpful? | |||||
