Flipkart — Redmi mobile is heating up

Hi, Flipkart order no: OD[protected]. I ordered redmi 2 prime on 15th Oct 2015 and received it on 2nd Nov 2015. While making calls phone or surffing net is generating extreme heat most of the times. I placed return request but flipkart is not responding. They r telling to get it repaired at service centre. I placed return request twice and they rejected.
