[Resolved] Flipkart — redmi note 4 not delivered to me | |||
Order id Od[protected] For redmi note4. No response by seller till date of delivery. Next day i was informed about cancellation and refund, with no reasons explained. This is totally a fraud policy that you display a product on sale and did not deliver. If you want to cancel my order then cancel my whole order so that i may purchase all from amazon or any others. Verified Support Nov 05, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response We had interacted with the customer and informed that as his phone was damaged we will not be able to accept the exchange offer hence, closing the complaint.

Same thing happened with me. They cancelled my redmi more 4 phone.completely agree with u that they are fraud.
