[Resolved] Flipkart — redmi note 5 delivered to different city | |||
Hi, I have ordered Redmi Note 5 (Gold, 32GB) from Flipkart on 20th June 2018. I have clearly mentioned delivery address as RAYADURG, Andhra Pradesh. But Flipkart has delivered the product on 23rd June to Dharmavaram which is 100 kms far from Rayadurg. I have lodged the complaint to Flipkart Customer Service on 24th June 2018, and they had promised to resolve the issue by 29th June 2018. When i had called customer service on 30th June 2018, they had requested for an additional time of 2 working days. Again i had called them on 3rd July 2018, Flipkart Customer Service Executive are taking another additional time of 2 to 3 working days. I have requested them to return the money which i have paid online using my card, but they have refused to refund the money, instead they are simply postponing to resolve the issue. I have attached screenshots of Delivery Address which i have updated while ordering the product, and delivered address as "Dharmavaram" from ekart Logistics. Was this information helpful? | |||
