[Resolved]  Flipkart — redmi note 5 (gold, 64 gb); seller: flashstar commerce

Dear sir,
I placed an order to by mobile through flipkart the details is as below:
Order id: od[protected]
Order date tue, may 29th '18 3:45 pm
Mobile redmi note 5 (Gold, 64 gb);
Seller: flashstar commerce
Total amount
₹11, 999/- through bajaj fin service no cost emi

1st point: while placing order it was commitment by the flipkart that the item will deliver in one day at my address (Bangalore). But unfortunately it took 4 days to deliver. When inquired the flipkart representative informed it was wrong routed - the flipkart should compensate me as i suffered for his own mistake.

2nd point: two days we use mobile but when it was getting discharge we put into charging on 4th night but the charger was not working.
Immediately on 5th june i placed a return request (Return id no.:[protected]). 2 time i received a call from flipkart to know about issue and the caller has informed the technician will visit and replace the charger. But unfortunately on 11th june without any response from flipkart the my complaint is closed.

3rd point: today on 11 june without mentioning any reason when i received a mail from flipkart to close my (Return id no.:[protected]) made on 5th june. I made another fresh complaint vide complaint id no.[protected] on 11th june at 3.11pm.

Please do needful in this regard to resolve the issue and put the penalty on flipkart to avoid repetition of such kind of cheating with indian customer.
