I ordered Redmi Note 7 Pro (Neptune Blue, 64 GB) on 14th October 2019 order ID OD[protected]. I received my order on 16th October 2019. From the very first moment i received the device I'm facing the mobile getting struck in booting os only, we tried to contact flipkart for replacement of the device with same device they simply cancelled our replacement requests we called the customer care center several times regarding the issue .the flipkart people arranged a technical visit with JEEVES CUSTOMER SERVICE. the technical person arrived at my home for checking Mobile issue, he took the video of 5 minutes and said will update for replacement as the device is defective. We are asking for replacement to the flipkart from 18 October to till now we called several times to flipkart for the same but my issue haven't resolved same, updated fake messages in their app and cancelled refund and replacement requests many times as attached photo Was this information helpful? | |
