[Resolved] Flipkart — refund amount not received but says refund completed

I have ordered a Laptop in Flipkart on 25th April 2019. I paid Rs.38990 for product using my debit card. Later I cancelled my order on the same day due to some reason. The flipkart assured of paying the refund amount on or before 2nd May 2019. In the order detail of that product they mentioned 'Refund Completed' but I didn't get Money even after 2nd May. I contacted the customer care they asked to contact the bank. I contacted the bank. They said no such money was deposited yet. Also they asked for UTR number. I asked Flipkart for UTR number. They give me some number. I again contacted the bank with the number. The bank said that the number is invalid. But Flipkart is promising that they paid the money. Verified Support May 15, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response We will revert on it Verified Support May 15, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint regarding the refund of the order. We have interacted with the customer and informed that the seller has confirmed the refund has been completed on April 25, 2109. However, if the amount is not reflecting in customer account, requested customer to contact the bank and raise a charge back for the same. Hence, closing the complaint from our end. The flipkart assured of paying the refund amount on or before 17th October 2020. In the order detail of that product they mentioned 'Refund Completed' but I didn't get Money even after 27th October. I contacted the customer care they asked to contact the bank. I contacted the bank. They said no such money was deposited yet.
