[Resolved]  Flipkart — refund amount not yet credited to my bank account.

I had recently ordered an item from Flipkart on 21/10/2020 which was delivered on 28/10/2020 and had returned the item on 29/10/2020 because the product was not of the required size.
The Refund was initiated and show's status as "Refund Completed" on 07/11/2020. But the Refund amount is not yet credited to my account. I tried contacting Flipkart Customer care But they were of no help, They wanted me to verify with my Bank with the 12 digit reference number that they've provided. I did so, but the Bank needs an ARN number(23 Numerical Digits) to verify the above. But Flipkart customer care gave me a 12 digit reference number which is of no use for the bank. I contacted Flipkart again asking for the ARN number(23 digits). But they say they don't have a 23 digit number and asked me to contact the bank again. I'm stuck in this loop between Flipkart and bank and the issue is still unresolved. I don't know what to do Further please help me.

I got a call from Flipkart customer care on the next day of posting my complaint, they asked me for my bank account details to transfer the money to my bank. They processed the transaction the next day and the refund reflected in my bank account on Jan 4, 2021. Thank you,

Hi, We are sorry for the trouble caused. The seller has processed the refund of Rs. 819 for order ID: OD[protected] on Nov 03, 2020 and should have reflected in your bank account by Nov 04, 2020.. Request you to note down the ARN:[protected]. If you do not see the refund in your account by this time, please check the previous statement/unbilled transaction before reaching out to the bank. You may contact your bank’s customer care using the number mentioned on the back of your card. Hope this helps.
