On November 11th i order a badminton racket, it got delivered on 14th.But its frame was damaged. So i placed a replacement request, but cancelled it after 3 days because i wanted another racket.

Then i placed a return request on 17, they accepted it, but daily they send a message saying pickup unsucceful due to unforseen circumstances. And return got cancelled on 21st, so i placed another return request on 21st, they said it will be done on 23rd, but still i get the same message. Calling the customer care helps nothing.

    I bought an LG air conditioner online from Flipkart's Omni Tech retailer on October 26, 2020, which was delivered on November 10, 2020. The item was no warranty cards no payment slip and no Ms. Angel AC outdoor unit inside the box. No one came for the installation after delivery; no message was received after delivery. Then later I contacted the LG Company for the installation. He said that it would take 4 to 6 days. Still, I am waiting. The best of these is that the item was delivered on time after the complaint. Overall this is a bad experience for me.

    When I raised the complaint (14/11/2020), the LG company sent me the mobile numbers of the area managers in my email. This morning I have spoken to the concerned LG Area Services Manager Mr. Suraj Bali on this mobile number [protected]. They say that today will not happen because today is a festival, it will be tomorrow or after. The air conditioner has not been installed yet.

      I ordered on 11 Nov 20 an infinix hot 10 for rs8999 and received on 16 nov20 after received the phone I noticed camera quality is not as expected so I request for a replacement and on21 Nov I got a new one and this time I saw mobile has a some hanging problem so again request for a refund but they going to cancel my request automatically without telling me.This was my first ever return on flipart and they just took my money.         I’m a Flipkart plus member and done lot of shopping from it as well as flight bookings. I had so many coins in my account as well. I have order history of so many electronic appliances as well as mobile and other things. But Flipkart has blocked my account for no reasons. Neither they are responding to my queries when I did contact to the customer care as well. Once they told me that I’ll receive a call from Flipkart regarding this but still I have not received any call from them. They don’t even know the reason for blocking my account. Even my Flipkart pay later limit was 5000.

          I have ordered (Paid) a Realme 6 smart phone vide order no OD[protected]. I have received a mail from the flipkart on 02.11.2020 as follows:-

          You will be happy to know that the seller is providing an additional discount of Rs.1700 on the product and will refund this amount to the original source of payment within 5-7 business days.

          I have also received 3 sms about this (500+500+700) as "Refund processed: The refund of so so amount for your order...is successfully transferred and it will credited to your account by Nov 02, 2020. I got the credit of INR 700 only in my Axis Bank Account from where I have transferred the payment for the phone. I have not yet get remaining INR 1, 000/-

          We have contacted many time with the Executives of Flipkart overphone, they have sent us mail also but the same is not yet resolved and the firm which has sent the cell phone already accounted INR 1700 in their books and shown in GST return.

          This is very unfortunate the same is not resolved after so many days.

            We have put the order (order no. -OD[protected] on 22oct the flipkart has given us a first delivery date on 3nov but the delivery was not delivered then again 2nd delivery date was given to us as 13nov but again the delivery was not delivered and on 13nov flipkart has given us a delivery date of 21nov which is today and the delivery has not came to me yet but it also show me that the delivery date is again postponded and given us as 27nov.

            Between the period from 13nov till today Iam trying to cancel this order but it is not getting cancel.
            We have also called flipkart customer career many times but they
            are not solving our problem.

            I request flipkart to solve our problem as soon as possible.

              I ordered a mobile phone 21 days ago but I have not received my order yet. They(customer care service) have no customer support and always give same answers like a robot and doesn't have anything in hand. I am pissed off this time and my order always comes to Bulandshahr then again returns to Dharuhera, Haryana and repeats same tracking route again.                 I ordered a vega hair straightening brush.
                Firstly, I received this after delay in delivery. I was supposed to receive this on nov.17 but I received the same on nov.22.
                After reading fraud related reviews I shot an package opening vedio for safety.
                It was packed in flipkart package. I opened that pack I got a vega brand package.
                This VEGA BRAND PACKAGE was UNSEALED!!!
                Then, I plugged it this brush.. but, This brush was not even SWITCHING ON !!!wt a fraud u r doing with consumers.
                Now they are showing replacement in their return options. I requesting for replacement by tomorrow. It means as sooooooon as possible.. I want my product in perfectly working condition.. otherwise I will definitely move in consumer court

                  I ordered poco x3 mobile on 15th October 2020 and it got delivered on 17 th October 2020 but the issue is i tried to pay it online and was supposed to get an otp after i paid the amount and the otp should be entered by the flipkar delivery boy in order to confirm it is an online payment but i never received an otp and the delivery boy said it is a glitch in the software so i paid him through cash. Although i received order on 17 th October but for some reason it shows it has been delivered on 30 th October on this date the Otp appeared i raised many complaints in flipkart about this .
                  The sad part is they are confused first i call they say they never received the amount but then they say they received.
                  So, this amount was supposed to refund by 21 November as i submitted my bank details and statement. But the amount still hasn't returned and the customer care agents are just not willing to take this seriously.

                  I emailed my issue to the grievance officer at Flipkart and got contacted by the Flipkart escalations department regarding this they said that the amount should reflect in my bank account by 27th November i.e today if the amount will not be refunded they would contact me and provide an alternate resolution but they didn't contact me still I had to call on customer care their they just increased the date again to 19 December this is really disrespectful. and I want my money back

                      Flipkart isn't responding for the request I made to return the laptop I bought.
                      The laptop was declared dead by the company ASUS itself.And I made a request to Flipkart to refund it but they keep on escalating it. They are not responding to this since last 10 days. I contact them every day and mailed them the DOA letter but their is no response from flipkart's side.
                      Since, Asus said that the laptop was DEAD ON ARRIVAL and the laptop was under warranty we have no other option rather than getting a refund.

                      flipkart is not taking a positive response towards my complain.a single day is verymuch costly for a student if he has attended a class.education is the prime rib of our country and these people are not talking any initiative so that i can purchase a new laptop for his study.so it's a request to refund my money immediately to avoid further damage to my son's online classes.

                      Flipkart has now accepted to refund the money.But now they are again lingering with the process by saying that they would send a technician to check the laptop..I don't know why is that necessary when the Asus company has declared the laptop dead.Flipkart is delaying the refund by always asking the picture of DOA certificate and the packaging of the laptop when this is the only thing i have been doing from the past 3 weeks and this is hampering with my studies..
                      I am not able to prepare for my competition since i don't have any other means to attend my online classes and during Covid phase it is not possible to just waste money. Flipkart is just playing with my future.
                      I hope they refund the money within 2days so i can buy other laptop and start studying again

                        Since 5 months flipkart is not paying any approved money. Evem they didnt reply to the emails nor there is any way to contact them. Only msg which pop up is your verification lrocess will be completed within 10-12 days but there 10-12 days are completing from past 5 month. Thay are not paying the affiliate money which is earned by the users.

                          I ordered the mivi bluetooth from Flipkart during big billion days . When I recieved the order and open the box I didn't find the earphones in the box. I had already sent the request of refund my money and I received the message in which they said our team will call you .But, I’m still waiting there is no response given yet. I’m purchasing from Flipkart from many years but it happened first time. So, I request to you plzz resolve my problem otherwise I boycott this application and suggest to everyone how they doing frauds nowadays.

                              That, I have purchased a MARQ AC from FLIPKART on 24.10.2018 with extended warranty for 2 years by JEEVES protected by FLIPKART.
                              My registered mobile number is [protected] And EXTENDED WARRANTY Plan ID is JPPOFFK1149591 . My Extended Warranty valid is upto 23.10.2021.
                              That, On 13.10.2020 I was submitted a warranty claim on MARQ AC to Flipkart protected JEEVES Authority over their Customers care number[protected]. But after several request to JEEVES Authority as wall as FLIPKART Authority but no action has been taken on the Warranty Claim.Further the Mechanics visited to my residence twice and only taken photographs of the AC and warranty documents. That, After several request to FLIPKART Authority On 29.10.2020 two Mechanic visited to my residence washed the AC and installed it at his place. However the AC was work normal for 5 days. Once again 05.11.2020 the outdoor unit of the AC was completely stopped working and found the E6 Error displayed in the indoor unit.
                              That, from 05.11.2020 to till date i have been requesting FLIPKART protected JEEVES Authority over their Customer care number[protected] several time daily but neither they Registering my claim nor taking any action to repair my AC till yet. They are simply replying me that my Complain is kept pending due to want of some spare parts so they will not take any new complain/ warrenty claim. They will repair my AC after receiving of required spare parts.
                              That, it is very clear i have been registered my Warranty Claim on 13 OCTOBER 2020. It is already passed more than one month from the date of registering my Complain with JEEVES protected by FLIPKART.
                              That, as per Terms and Condition of the Warranty Claim if Authority is unable to repair the AC, they will arrange to provide a New AC or process for refund to Customers.
                              That, On view of the above from 14.11.2020 onwards till date i have been Claiming over Telephone to FLIPKART protected JEEVES Authority Customers Care to refund for the AC as per the T&C of Extended Warranty Claim. But, Always they are replying me that they are escalating my Claim to concern department they will take action within 2 business day. But no action taken till yet to process my refund.
                              That, On 18.11.2020 I have Claimed to FLIPKART Authority Customers Care to take action to process my refund. They, assured me that they will be resolved my issue by 30.11.2020.( Copy Enclosed ).
                              That, On the above issue and repeated quarreling with the FLIPKART Protected JEEVES Authority i am suffering from HIGH BP and Heart problems for the above issue.
                              That, I am here claiming full refund of the product with installation Charges paid by me to FLIPKART Authority and Medical expenses accrued by me due to above un-necessary un- expected issue otherwise, i will knock the door of the appropriate Forum to redress the issue along with claiming charges accrued for the Legal experts on the above issue.
                              I again request to the FLIPKART Authority to take immediate action to process my refund as per their time frame on or before 30.11.2020 please.

                              On 24.11.2020 without any intimation to me they closed my issue raised on 18.10.2020 bearing issue ID[protected] with a remark " isssue resolved ".It is astonished me!!! I argued with FLIPKART Customers Service executive the reason of closing the issue, but they did not satisfied me why they have been closed the issue. It is very clear their only intention to Psychologically / mentally torture the customer.
                              However, after 3/4 times argument with FLIPKART Customers care Executive they have reopened my issue and resolving scheduled time extended to 05.12.2020 instead of 30.12.2020.( copy enclosed )

                              On 24.11.2020 without any intimation to me they closed my issue raised on 18.10.2020 bearing issue ID[protected] with a remark " isssue resolved ".It is astonished me!!! I argued with FLIPKART Customers Service executive the reason of closing the issue, but they did not satisfied me why they have been closed the issue. It is very clear their only intention to Psychologically / mentally torture the customer.
                              However, after 3/4 times argument with FLIPKART Customers care Executive they have reopened my issue and resolving scheduled time extended to 05.12.2020 instead of 30.11.2020.( copy enclosed )
                              This is for information and future reference only.
                              On 25.11.2020 without any conversation with FLIPKART Authority has Closed all the issues raise by me on 18.11.2020 onwards and stating remarks " As per our conversation your issue is resolved " ( COPY ENCOLSED )it is proved that FLIPKART Authority always wanted to tortured mentally to Customers.
                              After the above situation i have talked with about 10 executive and 4 senior executive of FLIPKART Authority they have not satisfied why the issue not shown to me!!! Further they are clarified that my issue is kept pending and it will resolved by 05.12.2020. They have forwarded the present issue ( issue pending unshowon to me ) to their technical team they will fixed it shortly which myself will found that my issue is kept pending with FLIPKART Authority and will resolved by 05 Dec 2020.
                              Now I am very unhappy with present activity of FLIPKART and i will post further update from time to time.
                              This is for information and help me the update in future reference in legal proceeding if any will filed in appropriate forum.

                              At last time about 09.20 PM ON 25.11.2020 my issue has been reopened / updated by FLIPKART Authority ( Copy enclosed )that issue will be resolved by 05 Dec 2020.
                              Viewer it has been done by requesting/ argueing by me with about 5 Senior Executive and more than 10 executive of FLIPKART Customers service within 8 hour in a day.

                                I ordered an LG G8x mobile for Rs.24, 990/- The first product I received was a defective one. The technician who had to come for verification said my area is not serviceable and I had to travel around 50Kms back and forth to show him the issue.
                                The next day I got the replacement and the replaced product has many more issues than the previous one. I requested a refund thrice the seller has canceled it. Today the same technician was assigned he asked me to share the details. Later period my refund request was canceled saying that he resolved actually he did not even see my phone neither touched it.
                                I would request you to look into this issue. I Would like to get a refund.
                                The Issue I am facing with the newly replaced product has uneven brightness. The top of the primary display is more white and the bottom is too blackThe mobile phone gets switched off automatically at least twice in 6 HoursThe display has a greenish tint from the bottom have attached pictures of the product for your reference

                                  I ordered odion ultraspeed 8gb RAM... Flipkart courier boy delivered only empty box.. There is no product in that box... I request to customer care to refund my money back.. Or replace with a new products.. My refund was cancelled more than 5 times by the seller... Please take action against the seller..                                       Delivery dates keep changing and product not delivered (prepaid orders)

                                      My orders have not been delivered even after 20 days.                                       I have ordered bedsheet wroth 284 on Flipkart it's promised delivery date is 13 October but it was not delivered on time and now my order was rejected without my permission and i didn't receive refund for my order and I paid the money from my flipkart gift card my flipkart account was blocked by flipkart so I'm unable to use that money ihave nearly 700 rupees in my flipkart gift card I want that money back to my bank account
