Now, when I am complainting it to Flipkart customer care about replacement, they are saying, since I got installed it from other vendor my replacement warranty got expired. Flipkart & Seller are fooling people on sake of online-sale. Don't buy any product form Flipkart special some costly product....

I had a flight booking in the month of April but due to lock down it got cancelled. I have informed flip kart travel about it on 3rd October, they called me took all my details again and again but yet I have not received my refund . Today its 2nd of November . They blocked my flipkart account and giving me a generalised and standard copy paste reply that since last three times that rhere is some payment irregularity from my end. Kindly review the decision or point out the specific flaw that u have found in my payment pattern.

I personally think that all the orders made through flipkart were prepaid and in compliance of rbi and banking rules..
Since last 12 months, i m ordering...

Item not delivered on 22nd oct. Then they said it will be delivered on 24. But not. After tat they said problem will be solved on 27. Then they Just extended the date from 22 to 24, 24 to 27, 27 to 31, now 31 to 2. Nothing has been done by them till now. Just they wasted my time by giving ths worthless response. The product which was ordered and paid for on 16th October was packed and shipped on 19th October but has not yet been delivered. Several calls made to Flipkart have failed to resolve the matter.
It has been a very frustrating experience and Flipkart needs to be punished for such irresponsible business practices which are condemned....

I had ordered laptop asus vivobook 14 on big billion day sale on 19th October already it told expected delivery date is 1 Nov that is 2 weeks now today they are saying they will deliver by 9th nov which is next Monday. Regarding refund issue on flipkart pay later

I have ordered on flipkart through flipkart pay later a total amount of rs. 2232 and i have paid this amount from sbi debit card on 15th october. Then after some days i have cancelled a product amount of rs. 405. And then I have ordered 4 products total amount of 969. Delivery of product

The wrost services provided by an e-commerce platform is Flipkart.
For them customer won't matter only there false promises matter.
