I have purchased some products through Flipkart pay later method, from my Flipkart account [protected].
On 30 th November 2020 I have paid the amount of Flipkart pay later bill amounting 3180 rupees through my Google pay account .The amount deducted from my account But they showed bill not paid to them so I have to paid the bill again from my mobiquick account.

I have paid twice for a single amount, they still not refunded the amount to my account. I have raised several quarry but they have asked me to contact bank. When I have contacted bank helpline they told me to contact upi service provider.

Please do the needful.

    For my flipcart account login otp is not verified. Every time mobile otp is showed invalid while it is correct. So plz help me.

      This is to inform you that there are three fraudulent Transaction happened through Paytm on my Mobile no.[protected] through my Paytm online platform.

      My Gift wallet of Rs 5000/- transfer from our Organisation account STIL has been hijacked by someone and has done three
      Transaction of Flipkart at yesterday night. between 11.30 to 12.30 in the night on 11.12.2020 and one payment of Rs7995 against an order not placed by me at 10.40.PM.
      Copies of the wallet and other transactions are attached herewith for your ready reference.

      There is kind request to cancel & trace these transaction with the help of Merchandise, so that his Gift wallet will re-established and refund is received by me.

        When I contact with Flipkart customer care agent they are submit the request but before pickup the product they want to submit Aadhaar card or PAN card through email and then they will verified their party team... This is very idiotic...

        So could you please take an action and resolve the issue...

          I booked a Geyser on the 5th of December 2020 at night via Net Banking, Money deducted from my account but the Order didn't confirm & auto-cancel after 15 minutes of waiting.

          I didn't get any refund now. It's now for 1 week & the amount was 4049/- rupees. I already contact Bank & they're saying it's Flipkart's fault. I have all the call records. & I also contact Flipkart customer care they told me to wait. but WHY?

          How much time I have to wait to get my money back? Please Resolve my ISSUE.

          Its now 16th Of December I didnt get my Money Back From Flipkar. I'm Little bit worried. 17th Of December Is my last date for getting my money back. Flipkart isn't doing anything. Is this a Fraud by Flipkart?

                          Order placed on 11.10.2020
                          Item delivered on 28.10.2020 but the product quality was not good.
                          Returned the item on 02.11.2020.
                          Refund was supposed to be processed by 10.11.2020
                          Then I was asked to provide Bank details. I provided the necessary details on 29.11.2020.
                          But till date it has not been processed. In the meantime several calls were made but every time I was advised to wait for some time. Now, it is 2 months elapsed since order date & almost a fortnight & still my refund has not been processed. Invoice & order screen-shots have been enclosed. Please kindly do the needful.

                                      We had ordered and received mixer grinder on 16th December. It was defective and we ordered a replacement on 23rd December. Till now we have not received the replacement and the original defective item is not taken from us. They have agreed on refunding the amount and on that too no updates are given till today. We have called them many times and no response from them
