Sir I Farhan ordered brooks shoes but when I opened my parcel I got campus shoes, i call immediately to customer care and raise my issue and now they are not accepting replacement please solve my problem.

I have booked flight ticket for 3 persons by paying Rs 10, 222.00, however my flight was cancelled by Airlines. Booking in last time has costed me much more ticket fares from other agents due to festive season. Though airlines and informed that Rs 10, 194.00 will be refunded. But flipkart refunded only Rs 8, 481.00

I still do not understand when airlines cancel the flight then why should I suffer the loss. It may be small amount for them but not for me. Never ever book flights in flipkart. Grievence cell of flipkart is pathetic, as you will receive only automated reply, however nobody cares to call you or resolve your issue.

      I got my product on 18 November form that day i m requesting for my refund request. First they accept my request then after some days my request got cancelled automatically. With out any notification. Four time my request got cancelled from flipkart. they are not supporting me to solve this issue.

        I paid Rs.820+60 delivery charges, totalling to Rs.880 through State Bank of India this morning. The amount has been debited from my account. As soon as I made the payment, Flipkart announced that the item is OUT OF STOCK. I am disappointed. I am not able to contact ANY of your customer care numbers given online.

        I am totally upset with the way you handle customers. Please return my money immediately.

              After raising this complaint got call from flipkart [protected]. Laterally he is uneducated and couldn't even speak a single word in English then he disconnected the call and switched off his phone

                    Hello...
                    I am Megha. I have activated flipkart pay later on my account. I have paid the sum of Rs.1994 on 30/11/2020. The amount is being deducted from my bank account. Since i had made a payment through google pay, it clearly states the amount is being received by flipkart and even my passbook entry shows the transaction was successful. Even after sharing UPI ID, Google Pay transaction ID, it is not updated on flipkart. I am totally upset and disappointed by customer service. I please request to solve my issue as soon as possible.
                    P.s : I have been charged penalty.

                      I have ordered a Dell laptop worth Rs.36, 890/- through online payment from my Bank account on 13/11/2020. They were suppose to deliver it on 20th Nov. However every week they sent a msg that delivery delayed by another one week. subsequently on 3rd Dec have cancelled the order sighting too much delay where they sent a message that amount will be refunded on 14th Dec but have not received the same and their customer care says they are looking into the matter.

                      Kindly help me out and also would request to investigate the same as they must be playing this game with lakhs of people by holding their money in Crores and utilizing it somewhere else. It may turn out to be a big scam too.

                        I have ordered a safari bag. And I got used bag. I raised a returned request but wishmaster did not take the parcel. They simply come and told this is used one that's why he didn't pick up the products. I am very much frustrated no help from flipkart. OrderOD[protected]. I want refund.                           This is susheel Kumar Korrapati.
                          I have ordered Yonex Voltric 0.7 dg badminton racket on 12th dec 2020 and received my order on 15 dec 2020 which worth 2599.
                          But in the package i have received different brand racket. The product which I received is ADRENEX R501 brand which worth 899 and surprisingly they have attached the price tag and labels of Yonex Voltric 0.7 dg on tha ADRENEX bag.                               Flipkart doesn’t recognise my phone’s imei number when i enter the same for exchange. It shows error: ‘entered imei number did not match with selected brand and model’.
                              I had purchased the same phone from flipkart itself and it doesn’t recognise now!! I’ve checked online for my phone’s authenticity using imei number and it appears clean. I don’t see any other reason why it is not recognising. Please check and let me know.                                 My name is Akash Kumar Gupta. I have done a bill payment of rs 699 and 880 on 28/11/2020 through flipkart.in app which was cancelled but flipkart was deducted from my pnb atm/debit card. Instantly flipkart.in initiated my refund amount rs 699 and 880 from their side which is to be credited in my account on 28/11/2020. I did not recieve refund. I called flipkart customer care and they told me that i had to send charge dispute form to pnb but this facility is not available on pnb site. So i request pnb officials to credit my refund amount

                                    On 15th Dec 2020, I played quiz time at 10 PM . I answered all questions correctly and my scored was 1086. The people who had 1085 score won gifts . Now I am not able to access my Game zone in Flipkart . I can't claim any rewards. Please help me out.
