I am writing this letter to file an official consumer complaint against Flipkart Internet Pvt. Ltd. due to the damaged product and faulty installation of my order placed through their online shopping platform.
The details of the complaint are as follows:

Date of Expected Delivery: 26th August 2025
Current Date: 29th September 2025
Product delivered damaged and faulty installation done.
Unfortunately, despite numerous follow-ups and promises made via the Flipkart app and customer care, the product refund has not been delivered even after months past the expected delivery date.
I have tried reaching out to Flipkart customer support, but there has been no satisfactory response or resolution. This negligence has caused mental distress, inconvenience, and loss of trust.
I, therefore, request the Consumer Forum to take strict action against Flipkart for unfair trade practices and seek the following relief:
1. Immediate refund of the product.
2. Compensation for the delay and inconvenience caused.
3. Penalty on the company for violation of consumer rights.
