Hi Team Myself VEENA, I purchased a Panasonic eluga phone from flipkart and my email I'd is [protected]@gmail.com...product got delivered on Monday..since then I'm calling customer care but they are not responding...I received a faulty product...its touch is not working, very slowly getting charged and battery is draining very fast..Its getting hanged every time, very slow in processing...Touch of phone is aso not working...Team is not helping..I urged to return the product for refund..however they are responding..since one week I'm calling customer care ...I have written too many mails but no one is responding...plz help Was this information helpful? | |||||
