Hi,

I ordered a samsung note 8 on friday the 13th march 2019 for 31140 via citi bank credit card, however due to other reasons i had cancelled it immediately and it said refund processing but now i got an email saying refund failed, not sure why? The customer care has no clear reasons i need my money refund id[protected]

Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating that the amount has been debited from customer account, however, the order was not confirmed for Samsung Galaxy Note 8 (Midnight Black, 64 GB). We have interacted with the customer and confirmed that the amount has been reverted back to customer account. Customer confirmed that he has received the refund of Rs 31140 to his bank account.Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
