[Resolved]  Flipkart — Refund for undelivered product

I had ordered grocery items on 6th Oct 2021 with order id OD[protected]. It was supposed to be delivered on 8th Oct 2021. But it was rescheduled 5 times(8th Oct, 10th Oct, 11th Oct, 12th Oct and 16th Oct) and still not delivered. I contacted flipkart customer service 3 times (10th Oct, 12th Oct and 16th Oct) for refund. But they could not provide any resolution and last person disconnected call keeping me in hold for 10 mins. As per them, the order cannot be cancelled and amount refunded after 24hrs even if flipkart is not able to deliver the product in 6 months and that's flipkart policy.
