My self sayyad ashfaq my email id Jio[protected]@gmail.com Contact number also [protected] I ordered samsung galaxy on7 on oct 6 2017 and delivered 13 oct but phone is dead i call to customer care flipkart arrange reverse pickup mobile pick 25 oct by blue-dart courier but seller refused to accept i complaint to flipkart matter high light same consignment delivered 14 nov but company says you proved replacement after 2 days replacement cancel flipkart says i provide refund but same after 2 days refund canceled flipkart says provided replacement but again cancel last flipkart says finally seller accept refund and process 27 nov but delay again date 29 nov but same delay till 1 dec provided date 10.30 am but till no response this matter i mails 49 but no action from flipkart mentally harassed or torch er from flipkart please help i warning flipkart i will go to consumer forum but no reply please help Was this information helpful? | |||||
