[Resolved] Flipkart — refund not done to my account till now. | |
With order id od[protected], i did a purchase which was later assured to be picked up. Flipkart told me that they have refunded the amount to phonepe and phonepe automatically refunded the amount to the citi bank credit card belonging to my brother i used for the purchase. The irony is that it's more than 1 month and i have not received the amount back into the account. I asked the phonepe, they provided me some arn no with which my brother contacted the bank and the bank denied any such transaction. I am writing to flipkart and phonepe again and again but the reply is the same. They seem really very less interested in resolving this issue. Was this information helpful? | |
