Flipkart — Refund not fulfilled

I ordered my grocery on flipkart and part of it was delivered but the shipment 1 worth rs 2400 was not delivered.
Even after 11 days there was no response. As it is grocery it is a daily need product else i am incurring money while i have paid for the product but which is not delivered.
I tried multiple procedure to reach out by emailing their grievance officer to their executive. There was only false promise and false deadline. The order was never fulfilled. Ever the track system was showing from 10 days it was packed but never shipped. I ordered on 4 th june. And i cancelled the same as i lost all hope thinking they will refund the money. But out of 2400 only 1978 rs were refunded.
Where is my rest of the money, its already end of june. What kinda harassment is this?
Please refund my money at once so i could suffice the same products from somewhere else.
