I have talked to Flipkart executives several times, but they couldn't resolve this issue.

"Upgrade window opens in -62 days" and "Payment Options open in -337 days" are written under Upgrade your device tab and Pay and Keep tab, respectively.
The days are in negative, this surely is a bug or glitch.

This bug of Flipkart or whatever this is, it is causing me trouble.

How can I pay rest 30% amount which is 6000rs? My Device is currently in locked condition.
How can I pay when there are no payment Options?

I purchased Two Devices with Flipkart's smart upgrade plan .
I was easily able to pay remaining 30% amount of my other device. But unfortunately this is not the case with this one, There are no freaking options to pay .

I'm being mentally harrassed.

No, it is still in locked state.
from when your phn is been locked?
I am facing same issue, I tried linking phone number to my flipkart account, but in no avail. Now its showing SERVER ERROR-500 .I contacted flipkart customer care and now they are saying you have raised complaints multiple time and giving the same response as wait for 48 hrs, when last 48hrs excuse have been passed.

    I bought a phone from Flipkart in August 2021 with tht phone there was a offer running of buyback policy which refers tht if i returns the phone in 12 months i will get amount sum assured to 28000 approx thn tht offer was appearing under exchange option below every phone thn i ordered a phone claiming tht offer nd tht phone cancelled by Flipkart nd tht offer of buyback was removed from there thn i contact the customer care team of Flipkart they said do normal exchange and they will refund the difference amount in Flipkart gift card thn i bought a phone on 3rd june 2022 claiming normal exchange of tht phone nd it was delivered on 4th of june 2022 nd on 5th june 2022 i raised complaint against claiming tht difference amount nd thn they provided me deadline of 8th june for resolving my query bt today is 16th of june nobody is responding from thier end no proper answer of my query.

          Hi Team,
          Myself Jeyaraman and my issue is for realme phone and that is for one day delivery product last week 7th i have placed the order but till this time no one take action and no updates regarding the phone Flipkart is holding my money for past two weeks with out delivery the product i no need any refund but I need my product immediately, because I have lot of commitments and I'm using my neighbour phone . Kindly do asap.or else cancel the product and replace the another order with same price.Thank you.

            I ordered a qisa by lavie handbag on 10 june 2022 with order id OD[protected].Product got delivered on 13 june 2022.As I got defected product i raised a retrun request but the denied my request saying that return policy is over. The company and seller is cheating the customer by sending defective product and then changing the return policy when the product gets delivered. I want to complaint regarding sending or faulty products and then changing the return policies. I want refund of my product

                  On 08.06.2021 I have brought realme X7 Max (Asteroid Black, 128 GB)8 GB RAM under Flipkart Smart Upgrade plan and an amount ofRs8100 was given as loan to be repaid within 12 months time. Payment is due on 08.06.2022 and I have made payment on 06.06.2022 thru PayU gateway and it is successful. But ignoring this Flipkart blocked my Phone's IMEI and they are sending reminders after reminders that payment is overdue. I have contacted every door of flipkart but they say have patience. for how long .Its a matter of shame that they are buying time and no intention at all to resolve the matter. Once they informed me that matter will be resolved by 15.06.2022 but nothing has materalised. I am attaching payment receipt and screen shot of phone block. They say there is system error and bla bla bla. Such an incompetent lots sitting there doing nothing.

                    I ordered a Motorola Egde 20 Pro 5 G in exchange of One Plus 8T. Screenshots of order and exchange attached. My order was canceled without any intimation and the team officials misbehaved with me and used abusive language. When I approached local office of ekart for exchange enquiry as same was not initiated, officials misbehaved with me and even put up hand on me and pushed and dragged me out of the premises. This was humiliating and hence I sent a legal notice to Flipkart for misbehaviour and worst customer service.
                    Firstly they accepted the order with exchange, then denied exchanging phone and cancelled my order without my request.
                    I logged 3-4 complaints with flipkart but none was entertained and when I visited flipkart office, they misbehaved with me and dragged me out.

                    I request you to kindly look into the matter else I will escalate further to CMO and PMO and I seek Written apology and compensation from Flipkart and Ekart for the mental and physical harassment I faced and for the fraud they have done with me

                      As an EMI I paid Rs8100.00 on 06.06.2022 thru payU gateway. they have sent ackd that ppayment was successful and sent ackd receipt. Flipkart did not received the money even after 11 days and as a result flipkart blocked phones IMEI and beyond use now. Neither PayU respond to my letters, and flipkart giving a proper reply.

                                  I have created flipkart account years back with a mobile number few months ago i lost my mobile phone and the number.

                                  The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
                                  Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.

                                    This is about my order ASUS ASUS TUF Gaming A17 Ryzen 7 Octa Core 4800H Laptop worth 74000rs. order id:- OD[protected] ...i got this laptop on 6th june but on 9th june i replaced this order because the laptop was over heating temperature going upto to 80-81C without running any heavy programs.you can cleary feel the heat in your fingers through keyboard fetting hot + just by browsing and the battery was draining very fast...it was supposed to run atleast 7 hours but runs only 2 hours and x ..charging going down 20% in 25minutes and the speakers was not working too... they sended a technician for approving the return.but the technician was very very ignorant .the speaker was fixed by updating the driver but he was not listening to at about other issues he was completely dening the fact that 80C° is not normal when not using any heavy programs which he was seeing clearly.. and ignoring the battery drainage problem ...he was trying very hard to convince me that these problems are normal which i clearly new was not...after 2 days the return request was not approved and after 7 days, today on 15th june they cancelled the return request ...i aplied for it again..and now they are saying that all this process will happen again and still dont know if they will return their problematic laptop..they saying if it gets approved i will recieve my return/replacement on 1 july...i ask the seller to just take their laptop and give my money back...its my first time buying laptop i dont want problems with it..please return the Laptop ASAP...flipkart services are the baddest wasting so much time..please help!!!

                                      This is to bring in your kind notice that I have ordered a product in which i made the payment of Rs. 500 through gift card/voucher and cancelled the order within next 12 hours. I was promised and committed a date of 1st June 2022 as maximum and last date whereby i will be refunded the amount of Rs. 500 into my flipkart wallet. But surprisingly, its 7th today and i have made more than 30 continuous complaints directly to the company till date through repeated phone calls and multiple emails plus numerous tickets being raised. But what confirms their fraudulent attitude is that:- 1) On call every time they ask me to wait for 24 hours saying that the amount will be refunded. 2) I receive no response to my multiple emails. 3) I receive no response to the complaint tickets raised on the website and application itself. Furthermore, now i am very insanely frustrated plus irritated by this fraudulent and cheating attitude of flipkart since they are trying to dupe and cheat me off my hard earned money. It is therefore very humbly requested to take strict legal action against the company for the cheating, fraud and mental harassment that has been done to me since last more than 13-15 days altogether.
