[Resolved] Flipkart — Refund not initiated | |
I placed an order on Flipkart on 18th May, a samsung 28L convention oven. The transaction was successful but the order wasn't placed. I waited for 48 hrs hoping the amount would get refunded automatically. I am still waiting. I talked to the customer service and they told me to contact the bank, regarding the issue. The bank already had credited the amount back to the beneficiary, so i had atalk with phone pe, after enquiring they confirmed the payment and stated that '' Flipkart has not initated the refund''. I requested a call back from Flipkart and told them the entire problem but they still keep on nagging that the transaction still shows pending on their system and i need to contact the bank. In these days suddenly the order stopped showing in my order book and the order which i used, to complain about the issue suddenly stopped showing.Luckily i had saved the screen shots else they would also have denied that i placed any order. Now to conclude, when i call the customer service executive they say the order id is not valid or shows nothing, so they cant help me.. And they keep telling me to contact the bank.
